Texas, keep up the pressure!

Posted on | May 10, 2009 | 9 Comments

If you recall in January Circuit Judge Bert Carnes in Georgetown, TX gave gave me a pro Hac Vice- a permission for an out of state attorney to represent Jody Brockhausen in TX against the secretary of state Andrade. At the hearing in January assistant Attorney General of TX Erica Cane together with two other assistant AJs argued that there is no jurisdiction to hear the case. Cane has quoted Hollander case, that came from federal court. I have argued that Hollander is not relevant for the state court and if a citizen of Texas doesn’t have means to redress her grievances in both state and federal courts, then she has no constitutional writes. Judge Carnes stated that he has no jurisdiction to hear the case ansd he could not think of any court that has such a jurisdiction. Right after the hearing together with a group of volunteers, who included plains radio reporter Morgan Ward, local community leader Ken Burr and others. we went straight to the US attorney’s office in Austin and had a meeting with the Assistant US Attorney Christopher Peel and   the US attorney for criminal matters Richard Durbin. We provided them with a suitcase full iof documents on this matter. After three and a half months of daily phone calls, letters, faxes and e-mails Mr. Durbin finally called back. His first reaction was that I need to understand that Holder is his boss and maybe ishould badger and pester some US attorney in my home state of California. I told Mr. Durbin, that he is in a good company, that I will be pestering each and every US attorney and Attorney general of a state until american peiople will see all of Obama’s vital records: all of his passports from Indonesia, Kenya, original birth certificate and so on. I reminded him of a passage from Luke about a woman that was pestering the judge, until he decided to hear her case. I told him, that I am that woman. I demanded that he provide a written response. If he cannot proceed, then he needs to put it in writing, so we can go to the next step. Mr. Durbin finally got the picture and sent me a letter, stating that he has no jurisdiction to proceed on Obama’s eligibility. At this time I ask all of you Texas patriots to write and call and personally visit Governor Rick Perry and demand that he take it from there: either send a letter to Attorney General of the US Eric Holder and demand that Holder provide an answer, or Governor Perry can join as a plaintiff  in my Petition for Extraordinary Writ of Mandamus at the Supreme Court and demand a mandate from the Supreme Court to the Governor of Hawaii Linda Lingle and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to unseal Obama’s records; and uphold the constitutional rights of the citizens of  the State of Texas under the 1, 9, 10 and 14th amendments.  When the dispute involves two states, the Supreme Court will have a mandatory original jurisdiction. The Supreme Court will have no right to refuse to hear the case on the merits. We will have an answer within a few days.

Please, don’t stop visiting, calling, e-mailing, faxing Governor Perry until he fulfills his duty to represent the citizens of Texas and get an answer for them.

How long Oh Lord will it be before we get an answer to this question. There are people in high places that do not want Barack Obomas birth certificate disclosed. Why are the Republicans so silent? Is there no one in this party that will stand up for the Americans. Where did they all go. What happened to the rule of law? Does the Constitution not matter anymore? The Democrats sure did not care to impeach Nixon and I think that this is a much more serious matter.

Emails and letters to Governor Perry on the way.

Barak H Obama (aka) Barry Soweto merely needs to produce a court recognizable birth certificate to put this matter to rest. What’s the problem? It should be displayed at the National Archives for all to see just as our Constitution and Declaration of Independence are there for all . That would stop any doubt. If BHO is truly qualified, let him set the precident for all future sitting Presidents, to display their Birth Certificates
    thusly while in office.

Barry can’t do that. Else he would have to step down and face charges and a long jail term. This would create a Constitutional crisis due to the remaining Democrats and liberals. Although there wouldn’t be many Democrats left, the liberals would come out of the woodwork. At least until we put the lid on them with free stays in the FEMA camps. My question is where is our Military? For that is the ONLY institution that can and should step in on this. That being said, I am ready, willing, and able to leave the Union, should the Governor decide to take us there.

To me ,leaving the union is not my desire and how anyone could allow one usurper to cause this ,would be beyond me.
Rick Perry has the power and obligation , and means to bring
Obama out into the open,If he does not, phooey on Gov Perry
and I would be very reluctant to follow him anywhere.
