he cant get a fair trial but those bs*&ards at gitmo will get fair trials and all the attorneys they want at our expense..

where the hell is the justice in this? those needing to be hung gets fair trials while our heros who protect our country cannt even get the satisfaction of at least a hearing with his evidence..

time to get busy and re adjust peoples attitudes..

we are headed for a civil war right here and the idiots in govt dont realize it or they are pushing for one.will.

You realize that Lakin’s birther position has been canceled. Through counsel, he has agreed that Lind’s rulings have all been correct.

In other words, his entire defense is that he had horrible legal advice from Jenson. I wonder what Jenson is doing with all of the donations to his charity for Lakin now that Lakin retained new counsel.

Go to the Pluckett and Faraj website. Those are his counsel. As you know, anything counsel says is imputed to the client. Lakin appears to be with these guys now trying to undo the damaging advice Jenson gave him.

As usual Orly, you’re both late and uninformed. READING IS FUNDAMENTAL. Lakin is effect stating that he let your birther shullbit influence his illogical behavior. But it’s not going to save him. His ass is now in the garbage dump—-however, it’s his own fault. Anybody that would follow you is one roll short of a dozen.

Puckett & Faraj website posts Lakin update
By Dwight Sullivan, November 10, 2010
Thanks to Reality Check for calling our attention to the following post on the Puckett & Faraj, PC, website:

    LTC Lakin Trial Update

The Law Firm of Puckett & Faraj, PC, is preparing the defense of LTC Lakin for trial currently scheduled for December 14, 2010 at Fort Meade, MD. LTC Lakin is being charged with missing movement, disobeying orders to report to a new unit, disobeying orders to report to his brigade commander and dereliction of duty.

His previous civilian attorney complicated his case and is partially responsible for two of these charges by advising LTC Lakin to refuse to report to his superior officer. The defense team is now working to minimize the damage caused by this inappropriate legal advice and return LTC Lakin to his family quickly and with his medical career intact.

The trial is expected to last 2 days at Fort Meade beginning on December 14, 2010.

it does not say, that he abandoned the issue of eligibility, it simply says, that his attorney advised him not to report. His reason for not reporting remains the same: Obama’s illegitimacy to be Commander in Chief.

Either way, it matters a damn. Lakin’s goose is cooked. He threw away his career on some birther foolishness and now he is going to suffer the consequences. Orly, you of all people should have advised this silly man that he was headed off a cliff for pursuing this claim. I wish the U.S. Gov’t would revoke your citizenship as a lesson as you are very ungrateful. You have idiots running around calling you an American patriot. You’re a patriot alright—of some other country, NOT AMERICA.
