    Analyst, he “might” be an American citizen but he will never be a “Natural Born Citizen.”

    Ted Cruz is not a natural born citizen of the USA any more than John McCain is a natural born Citizen of the USA. If Ted Cruz’s mother’s birth certificate is not a forgery he would still be only a Derivative citizen and not a natural born Citizen of the USA.
    McCain was born in Colon Panama and nobody that may have been born in the Canal Zone was only a Citizen of Panama. Panama completely owned the Canal 100%. Every paragraph in the Hays Bunau Varilla Treaty gave the USA only “use” of the Canal Zone and no other rights.
