   to poster #4. Dr. Taitz has already plenty of evidence. Any new publicity is helpful. What is the remedy? It does not seem to be impeachment. It is a matter of federal employee occupying his position illegally. The Federal law provides that the employee needs to be dismissed immediately and imprisoned for no more than 5 years.

   A substantial part of the remedy is publicity for the above and well recognized public figures speaking about the matter. These could be:
   1. Congressman Gohmert,
   2.Senator Cruz,
   3.Judge Hanen,
   4. Mr. Trump,
   4.States Legislature representatives,
   5. other congressmen,
   6. Actors…
   7. Contact your State assemblies for this utmost state security issue (of course, it is also a federal security issue. The States are supposed to act independently (of federal government for their own security)

    Even more shocking would be an affidavit from
    Fukino, Okubo, and/or Onaka which largely con-

    Blame the democratic senate and those states that elect them and even now our protecting him from impeachment.     Dr. Orly, I am very concerned and afraid for Trump’s safety with all this talk of him exposing Obama. At least one person we know of, Andrew Breitbart, was murdered because of what he was going to reveal about Obama, and there have been other “accidents” and unsolved homicides. Trump’s aide, Tana Goertz, should not be talking about how Trump will reveal info when the time is right. Please advise her to keep her mouth shut until Trump is elected President. He cannot do anything until then anyway.

    Why blame Trump for not making public the facts of Obama’s birth and his true identity? Orly has the facts and has been trying from day one to release the facts in numerous courts. So far it’s been impossible to find one honest judge in a system as corrupt as the other two branches of government. So why should Trump reveal his findings prematurely only to be greeted with further ridicule. Better to reveal the truth when he has the authority or the power to punish the wrong doers.

    Donald Trump has been promising SINCE 2011 that he would release his investigators’ “findings” in Hawaii.
    Trump has promised this over and over again. If he actually had the goods, he would — and should — have released them BEFORE Obama was re-elected in November 2012. ONE YEAR after Trump promised to do so.
    Trump is running a scam. This may be one of his worst.
    If we take Trump at his word, he could have released his “explosive findings” one year before Obama won a second term. Trump failed to do so.
    Now Trump wants us to believe that he will do it sometime in the future?
    Trump is playing us for fools. Again. Why the hell should anyone believe him? Trump had his chance to bring down Obama in 2011, and blew it.

    I) I think, you are talking about congressmen, when using the term lawmakers. I think you are not talking about Dr. Taitz findings have been made available also to State level lawmakers. Is this correct?

    II) Thus you are saying all Congressmen are cowards. I agree with that.

    III) For a full disclosure, a lot of USA citizens are cowards too. Except experienced fighters, Dr. Taitz, Larry Klayman, and a few more people talking about things most other people prefer not to talk about publicly.

    IV) However, Dr. Taitz has recently pointed out that Congressman Louie Gohmert (TX) expressed his surprise that there are no massive voter demands for impeachment. While I think that voters’ concern about Mr. Obama illegibility for POTUS is massive, and Dr. Taitz has contributed a lot to create this awareness of ineligibility, there are some challenges with regards to this concern.

    VI) Underlying the expression of these concerns is public fear to express this concern.

    VII) Once one has decided to express it, then how to do it compactly, effectively, and most safely. And to whom to express this concern?

    SO,
    1) What is the concern in most salient terms?
    There are two items:
    A. Mr. Obama’s father is Kenyan according to Mr. Obama biography books and oral statements.
    B. Fraudulent documents which Mr. Obama made public: SSN, Birth Certificate, …
    2) What the public should demand their elected officials to do on all levels including State and Federal levels in order to rectify the situation where a federal employee occupies the top executive position in Federal Government illegally? Congressman Gohmert thinks it is impeachment. But a prominent Constitutional scholar Dr. Edwin Vieira (originator of the internet publication News With Views). It is a matter of dismissing a Federal Official occupying his position illegally, and imprisoning him or her for no more than 5 years according to a Federal Statute rooted in a section of the Constitution. In this view on the matter impeachment proceedings are not necessary.

    Back to your post:

    I) I think that the outcry about the Terrorist in our WH is far more urgent matter than is the outcry about de-funding Planned Parenthood. We seemed to fundamentally agree on what the public concern is, and that it is important to express it in a massive way. I have listed several such ways in my post. One of them is voters talking to their State representatives as the utmost concerns of the States. We are being flooded by illegals now with all security issues involved. And the root is in the WH, who is also illegal federal employee.

    So, when you wrote in the beginning of your post [xRed Pine, where were you 5 years ago?], I am not sure what in my previous post you disagree with?
