I think this is bad news. It means that DACA stays in place until the end of the year, at least. So that means Trump can’t use it to force the Dems to include the Wall in the next round of budget negotiations. And with the mid-terms coming up, the RINOs will cave on immigration in order to get hispanic votes (legal or otherwise).

Roberts has betrayed conservatives on Obamacare and I don’t trust him to hold the line on DACA.

It is not right that the Courts have made the Dreamers Trump’s problem. Obama let them in just
like he let the MS13 people in. Maybe the sweet revenge against the Dreamers and MS13 will be
the arming of America against these people forcing them to vacate the USA.

How soon will the lower court be able to weigh in on this…
So Trump can then have them vote to end DACA and any other thieving activity they’ve done for far too long!

Didn’t the state of Texas and some others as well, have a pending lawsuit against US Gov’t over the constitutionality of DACA contending that B HO had no authority to enact it? If I remember rightly, it was dropped due to DJT enacting an EO that ended it. If that is the case, then shouldn’t that lawsuit continue as a pending case now?

Dr. Orly, I read somewhere that if DACA had been left alone, it would have been terminated by the SCOTUS. Is that true?

I believe so. However, the latest decision by SCOTUS is only procedural. they are simply saying that the gov. needs to go to the court of Appeals first and then to SCOTUS. I believe that they will ultimately rule in Trump’s favor on DACA

Since the Executive Branch is co-equal to the court, the President should ignore the courts “opinion”.
