    When it can be absolutely positive whoever is sent to jail will not “spill the beans” creating a cascade effect and eventually leading to the truth about Barry’s 8 year usurpation….which would drain the swamp almost overnight……..and, those going down the drain would include many, if not most, members of Congress. The investigators have to be very careful not start something which could send them to jail.
