A call to the US Congress and to American parents to stand up for our children and for our property rights against lawless Obama regime

White House Tells Public Schools To Enroll Illegals Despite Lack Of Age Or Address Evidence

The Obama administration pointedly told American public schools on Thursday that they must enroll the children of illegal immigrants despite little to nothing in the way of legitimate documentation concerning how old the kids are or where they live. The lecture came from Attorney General Eric Holder.

Many parents work day and night in order to buy homes in good areas and send their kids to good schools. Now Obama-Holder-Dunken lawless regime refuses to deport illegals, prevents the states from deporting illegals and to add insult to injury demands that school principals allow millions of illegals to go to the best public schools around the nation without any proof that they live in those districts.
This is not a race issue, this affects all hard working American parents who are trying to give their children good education and good future, be it white, black, Asian, Hispanic, men , women, straight or gay.  This is another case of abuse by lawless federal government, this is taking private property rights.
Congress has to sue the regime, but also parents of school children can sue, seeking an injunction, stating that this abuse by the feds takes away their property rights. Their children now will have to go to schools that are overcrowded. Badly needed dollars will go to the English as second language classes, as often children of illegals do not speak good English, the performance level for the districts will go down and there will be  higher likelihood of gangs, as seen by the inner city schools. This will lead not only to the lower level of education, but also to the reduction of property values, housing values in the area.

    The time for words has passed. the actions and blatant disregard for Constitutional rule, property rights, and sovereign borders, only highlight the atrocities of this current outlaw government regime. Their every action is a slap in the face and an obviously intentional challenge to the legitimate American citizens.

    The water is boiling, blood pressures are rising, and no words in any congress, senate, or court, are putting out the fire. The true American citizens are own their own.

    Obama is trying to “recreate the wheel” for political gain. He is repeating the decision of “Plyler v. Doe” from 1982 as though it were his order.

    No school can deny education to a child based on migratory status since that date.

    While ALL Children should be in school if they are minors, parents should be in compliance with the Law which means if they are here illegally, the federal government SHOULD BE protecting the stability of its citizenry.

    Democrats AND Republicans have been reprobate on this issue, abandoning Constitutional Principles, and dismantling national sovereignty by disenfranchising those who are naturalized, native born, or natural born citizens.

    If not requiring their Birth Certificate, what about their vaccination records of communicable diseases? I’m sure illegal aliens are taking care of that.

    not just that. A principal is entitled to call the police and immigration and demand deportation of illegals, of people using fabricated IDs (like Obama). moreover, principals are enforcing the law that states that only people residing in the district, in specific area are entitled to attend public school in that area. for that reason the parents are working hard, to buy homes in good areas, so their children can be in good schools and get good education
