Stand alone TPA bill without aid for workers, who will lose jobs due to TPA, is so outrageous and extremely treasonous, that it will sink the whole GOP in 2016: all of GOP presidential candidates and many senatorial and congressional candidates

House GOP poised to pursue fast-track without aid for workers
Dropping Trade Adjustment Assistance risks losing Democratic support for the larger trade deal.
The House is on the brink of scheduling a standalone vote on giving President Barack Obama fast-track trade authority without accompanying worker assistance legislation, according to multiple sources familiar with the plan.
The House could vote on Trade Promotion Authority as early as this week, the sources said. The House Rules Committee, which sets parameters for the consideration of legislation, meets late Tuesday afternoon. A final decision has not been made, and top Congressional aides are in negotiations to chart a course forward. Boehner was set to meet with pro-trade Democrats at 3 p.m.
Under the current plan, House Republican leadership would likely use an already-approved Senate bill to move fast-track authority, which would allow Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s (R-Ky.) chamber to avoid a round of votes.
The Senate would amend a trade “preferences” bill with Trade Adjustment Assistance, a job-training and worker aid program, and send it to the House. This would serve to separate the two key priorities, and allow them to be sent to Obama’s desk separately.
The vote would certainly be a gamble. House Republicans would need Democrats to pass the legislation, and it’s not clear how many of them would vote for a fast-track bill without a measure to help workers who lose their jobs to trade directly attached. TAA failed last week after 144 Democrats voted against it.
“It’s going to be shared responsibility to get this done,” said Rep. Ron Kind (D-Wis.), a leading Democratic supporter of TPA. “It’s going to require bipartisan effort, both sides willing to cooperate a little bit more than what we’ve had so far. I know there’s all eyes on the [Democratic] Caucus right now on TAA, but last time I checked, 48 Senate Republicans voted for TAA when it came up with TPA. So there’s a strong Republican support, at least in the Senate, of getting TPA passed with their votes.”
It’s not clear, however, that fast-track authority can muster enough support in the Senate without the job-training legislation.
Trade supporters don’t have many other options. Obama is unlikely to be able to flip the necessary 75 Democratic votes to pass the TPA-TAA package they crafted last week.
“It has now been abandoned, essentially,” House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) said of efforts to pass TAA. “I think the thought was we can cobble together the votes for it and then send [the legislation] to the president. I think clearly they concluded that was not going to work.”
Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio), who sees the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement as crucial, said he and Obama spoke “several” times Monday about a path forward. He is weighing how to proceed.
“There are a lot of options on the table,” Boehner said Tuesday, when asked about moving TPA on its own.
Meanwhile, the House moved Tuesday to preserve last week’s fast-track vote. Embedded in a procedural vote Tuesday was language that allows Boehner to bring up the TAA vote any time before July 30. That resolution passed, 236-189, with six Republicans voting no.

They may vote on these separately. Note at the end of the post:

House votes to extend trade fight into July
The House easily passed a measure on Tuesday to give lawmakers through the end of July to figure out how to pass President Obama’s trade agenda.
The extension, attached onto a “rule” establishing parameters for floor debate on an unrelated intelligence authorization bill, sailed through on a vote of 236-189.
Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) set up a process last week allowing the House to conduct a do-over of the failed vote on aid for workers displaced by trade deals, known as Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA). Under House rules, the chamber would have had to vote again by Tuesday absent an extension.
The House can now vote again on trade anytime through July 30 under the current extension. Congress is expected to be in recess throughout the entire month of August.
Unlike last week, the latest House procedural vote on trade passed easily with only six conservatives voting against it. Three Democrats voted for the rule in a departure from what is usually a partisan roll call: Reps. Brad Ashford (Neb.), Jim Cooper (Tenn.) and Jim Costa (Calif.).
The six Republicans in opposition to Tuesday’s rule were Reps. Justin Amash (Mich.), Mo Brooks (Ala.), Louie Gohmert (Texas), Walter Jones (N.C.), Thomas Massie (Ky.) and Bill Posey (Fla.).
The rule setting up floor debate for the trade package last week nearly derailed after 34 Republicans, mostly conservatives unhappy with the way the bills were structured. It established separate votes on the job aid bill as well as Trade Promotion Authority (TPA), giving Obama fast-track powers. Eight pro-trade Democrats ultimately crossed party lines to save the measure.
Votes on rules are tests of party discipline. Even members of the minority party who support the underlying legislation usually vote against the rule.

Agreed. All these free trade agreements are treason because our leaders are deliberately selling us out. They all worship satan. Like Trump said, Odumbass gave 5 terrorists for a traitor. He tried to extinguish human life in the cosmos by starting WWIII over Syria in 2013. 0bama is so evil a communist KGB agent had to save humanity from destruction by taking custody of Assad’s chemical weapons and averting 0bama’s plans for WWIII. Now 0bama is trying to extinguish humanity by sending weapons to Crimea. And the liberals still have their tongues up 0bama’s anus worshiping his excrement. They would literally rather die (and take us all with them) than admit that they are dangerously stupid and incompetent for voting for a satan-worshiping muslim. That is who will be negotiating this “free” trade with 2 billion slave laborers from India and China. Every American can work 24hrs per day and we wouldn’t be able to compete. This is treason and 0bama and all his liberal anus lickers in America are eagerly trying to enslave us all. They are terrified of freedom because they cannot care for themselves and they know it. They all need a government tit to nurture themselves because they are the weaker gene pool who should’ve died out a hundred years ago.

So What if the treasonous Republican’s go down in flames?
If the voters weren’t so utterly stupid, easily duped and non Principled, the Republican Party would have already been cast into the dust bins of history where it Rightly belongs.
just consider the fact that most every potential Candidate for POTUS supports the treasonous TPP should be enough reason not only not to vote for any of the Republicans, but instead , to denounce and REJECT them at every opportunity.
The Republicans have abetted 100% of Obama’s treasonous , unconstitutional and unlawful acts since 2008, even having provided funding for them, as well as have allowed Him to USURP the Presidency without ever holding him accountable , but yet , the Republican voters reward them for their Nation Destroying actions each and every election.
Ben Carson is on record in saying that He doesn’t fully believe in the 2nd Amendment as He stated there should be some control , and assault weapons should not be allowed in cities , only in rural areas away from people . I would like to ask a republican Kool-Aid drinker to explain to me how that squares with the 2nd Amendment where the right to bear arms shall not be infringed!
As a Christian, I was really offended when Carson recently stated that allah , the god that the muslim’s worship is the same god as Christians do! To the godless , they are not the same! Only a non christian and godless person would ever state they are the same.
Not to be outdone, Walker leads the polls for the Republican Candidate for POTUS even though He fully supports the treasonous TPP as well as well as his support for amnesty for all of the criminal illegal aliens( even though he has tried to back peddle a little since he is desiring to be a republican candidate for POTUS).Walker, just like all of His Republican Peers , Fully understands how easily the Republican Voters are easily DUPED , as they have DUPED their Voters each and every election since 2008 with no retribution at the polls.
Yes, a Moral, Principled and literate Citizen would have long ago abandoned the Treasonous and Nation destroying Republican Party, but sadly, they are not found anywhere within those who vote Republican…..as they place fools like Carson and Walker in the headlines instead of the trash can where they rightly belong , with all of the other Republican Treasonous Politicians.
The Republican Voting sheople have proven they despise Truth , but I have decided to present them with a good dose of it anyway. What they decide to do with it is completely upon them.

see my comment #2. Is this what you are referring to?
