   Romney is turning a blind eye to the Usurper, but there is one more issue we have to look at.

   The Republicans are grooming Senator Marco Rubio to be vice president. He is the most articulate, clear thinking, intelligent member of Congress, and does not need a teleprompter to convey his conservative message. This man has many fans and supporters and would thrash Joe Biden unlike the world has ever seen in a debate between two political enemies. He would also bring the sensible Hispanic vote to the Republicans, thereby securing the presidency for the nominee who would pick him.

   I have great admiration for him, and believe he will do great things for our country someday soon. But there is one problem; he is not a natural born citizen either. As much as I would hate to do it, there is no question I would trade his future as president or vice president, in order to shine the light on Obama’s fraud.

   We may be battling the people behind the scenes who are pulling strings for him right now. There are many on both political sides who want to make the Obama fraud issue go away. It may be much bigger than we could ever imagine.

   We have to stick together and keep our eyes on the prize,and not contort or flip flop. We also have to go through the likes of Romney, Rubio, and whoever else gets in the way, because one thing I firmly believe when it comes to the Constitution: The law is the law is the law!

    why is there a british citizen sitting in the oval office…seems like the founding fathers would be rolling over in thier graves at the thought that such a thing would ever happen…

    obama already admitted he was subject to the BNA at birth..essentially admitting british citizenship…born a subject of king george so they say…

    a natural born citizen is not, and never did…hold dual citizenship…in any situation…period…being a subject of the crown removes any question as to the natural citizenship of obama…he was NOT a natural citizen…ever…he held a dual allegiance at birth…and can never be our president

    Be careful about endorsing Marco Rubio as VP. He’s still not properly vetted. Were his Cuban parents already U.S. citizen when he was born, or were they still Cubans resident aliens.

    If so, then he may not qualify to be POTUS. Then we are back to square one.

    If we disqualify Obama for having a foreign father, why do we accept Marco Rubio who may have both parents foreigners? That would be double standard and picture birthers being actually racists instead of constitutionalists.

    And furthermore, since his school record shows his citizenship as Indonesian, we need to see the original. Even then we won’t know because there is the possibility that the original is sealed because he WAS ADOPTED by Soetoro. When my sister adopted her little Nancy years ago, she told me the state of Illinois took the original birth cert. and sealed it and produced a new one showing her and my brother-in-law as being the parents. Who knows??

    “Natural born Citizen” is just that = ” A child born on U.S. soil to parents not owing foriegn allegiance to any other Country ” So “Obama” does not qualify [ due to his Dad even if he was born in Hawaii ] Sr Romney did not qualify [ Mexico Birth ] No wonder Romney wants to keep it quiet !!!

    adn this presents a problem since both his parents were not natural born citizens… the didnt become citizens till some 4 years after rubio’s birth..

    sorry but we cant have it both ways..

    the louisiana governor isnt elegable either

    just as the x calif governator ..

    I agree with Chito. The same rules that apply to Obama should also apply to Rubio or any other vice president or presidential candidate. Anyone that is not constitutionally eligible should not be nominated. The Tea Party should push this point to make sure that Conservatives and Republicans (and especially Hannity) are aware of all candidates that are not constitutionally eligible.

    Just to clarify, if you read my entire comment, you would see that I, in no way, said Rubio was eligible to be vice president or president. He isn’t a natural born citizen.

    I was just illustrating that this will be a problem coming up soon. Or, maybe its a problem already, because those backing Rubio could be quietly fighting us right now for going after Obama for the same thing!

    Gee, just posted that about Rubio last night, and WND has already put up a story on the issue. Coincidence?

    That was the last straw for romney. He will not get our support anymore. Here are some facts he conveniently avoids.
    •de Vattel’s Law of Nations is what the founding fathers intended and referenced in our constitution when reads “natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens”
    •Our Constitution states in Article 1 Sec 2 “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.”
    •Even in obama’s forged birth certificate which he presented in April 2011 it states that his father was a Kenyan citizen, not an American citizen. Therefore obama is not eligible to be president. Moreover, since obama’s birth date is supposedly August 4, 1961 and as the “birth document” lists his father’s native country as Kenya . There wasn’t a country named Kenya in 1961! Kenya didn’t become a country until 1963 when it achieved it’s full independence on 12 December upon being a British Protectorate which began in 1890 and a Crown Colony in 1920!
    •The obama “birth document” also lists the hospital of obama’s birth, OFFICIALLY, as Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital! That hospital didn’t even exist until 1978. Before that, it was OFFICIALLY; known as Kauaikeolani Children’s Hospital . Here is the history of two hospitals: Kauikeolani Children’s Hospital and Kapi‘olani Maternity Home. Concerned about the welfare of Hawaii ‘s mothers, Queen Kapi‘olani held a luau and bazaars to raise the $8,000 needed to open Kapi‘olani Maternity Home in 1890. She endowed her legacy with “Kulia i ka nu‘u” or “Strive for the highest.” In 1908, Albert and Emma Kauikeolani Wilcox donated $50,000 to start a children’s hospital. The community, concerned that two of every seven infants in Hawaii did not live to see their first birthday, rallied to match the Wilcox’s gift.. A year later, Kauikeolani Children’s Hospital opened. The two hospitals joined in 1978 to become Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children. Staying true to its mission, the non-profit hospital has played a vital role in the health of Hawaii ‘s women, children and adolescents.
    •The “birth document” also listed obama / barry’s race as African American! The term “African-American” did not exist in 1961. Nobody used that term! I defy you to find one single credible fact of ANYONE using the term “African-American” in 1961! In fact, in 1961 we didn’t have ANY “Hyphenated-Americans.” Barry’s or obama race would have been recorded as “Negro” in 1961.
    •In April of 2008 the senate passed a resolution (co-sponsored by obama) that McCain was eligible to run for president because “both” of his parents were American citizens!! Even they recognized de Vattel and the constitution and it’s intentions.
    •There was no similar resolution for obama!!! Why? Obviously they knew obama was not eligible to run but the republicans including McCain did not have the back bone to question his eligibility or to demand the same vetting / investigation of obama. (Continued cover ups)
    •Why did obama spend almost 2 million dollars defending various court cases which were seeking his original birth certificate. What was / is he hiding?
    •As we all know the cases were dismissed and were dismissed not because of merit but because of political reasons / technicalities. (Continued cover ups)
    •Why did obama not release his birth certificate (even the phony one) when our patriot Lt. Col. Lakin questioned obamas authority to be commander in chief / president, to remedy Col. Lakin’s court martial case and spare him of his eventual discharge, forfeiture of pay / allowances and prison term? He could have released it at that time and not wait until April of 2011. How unconscionable can anyone be to allow a person and his family go through that horrendous experience? I am asking you why didn’t he release it? Again, what was / is he hiding?
    •There have been hundreds of investigations / examinations form various experts (ex-cia, adobe software instructors, document authenticity people, etc.) of obama’s newly released long form birth certificate and all have found it to be a blatant forgery. I repeat “Blatant Forgery”. No one has ever came forward to say that that so called birth certificate is authentic!! We know that you know that as well!!!!!!!!
    •Nancy pelosi and the DNC generated a second so called certification of obama’s eligibility to run for president leaving out the important wording “the verification of eligibility under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution” is gone!!!!! More felonies / cover ups!!!!!!
    •obama and his protectors have and are committing a huge hoax with this phony birth certificate and have committed and are committing other felonies as well. I.E. fraudulent use of a social security number (and SS record manipulation) which he currently is using, his doctored selective service records, passport records, college records, adoption records, and the horrible list goes on. And again we know you know all of this as well!

    Let’s see.. Orly still has a lawsuit in Washington, DC for a fake social security number for Obummer, the fraud has supposedly spent 2 million dollars for attorneys to protect his background, and on youtube(though I doubt it that it is still there-I am sure it has been scrubbed by the WH) there is the fraud stating that he was born in Kenya, as did his “wife”. Nah, I must’ve been dreaming! I can’t believe the media looks the other way and never had this impostor vetted.

    No offense Chito but Article 2 section 1 is not the last word on the subject in the Constitution. Read 1st sentence of 14th Amendment to the Constitution and State Deparment Document from 86755.pdf. on page 6.

    c. Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S.

    The same can be said of all births outside the United States military or non military who are children of American citizens. They are citizens of the country of their native birth and Automatic Naturalized Citizens of the United States.
