There are thousands involved that could be indicted right now, no waiting. We all have our doubts about Joes motivations. But where are the actual prosecutions? He has failed to do his duty in every way. |
Sheriff Arpaio spent 5 years talking and raising money, never submitted a criminal complaint to the District Attorney. Now, as he was thrown out of office by voters, he does a press conference. If he really wanted to have the case prosecuted, he would have submitted his prior findings to the District Attorney and Attorney General. He announced in 2012 that there was a probable cause to believe that Obama’s IDs were forged and he did nothing.
Not only that, when I served him with subpoenas to testify in court in several states, he never showed up.
Previously, former deportation officer, John Sampson testified for me in Georgia. Arpaio and Corsi invited him to be a part of Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse (CCP). Arpaio paid for him to fly to Arizona and deputized him to be a member of his CCP and told Sampson that as a member of CCP he can no longer testify in my cases.
When I had a case in Indiana, the court issued subpoenas for Arpaio, Zullo and Sampson. They did not show up. I talked about it on Peter Boyles show in Colorado. At a time, Sampson ran for office in Colorado and Arpaio endorsed him. Peter Boyles got Sampson on the radio and asked why he did not comply with the subpoena. Sampson admitted on the air that three of them: Arpaio, Zullo and Sampson made an agreement not to show up in court and not to testify in my case which dealt with Obama’s use of a stolen CT SSN and fabricated IDs and his lack of eligibility to be elected. Not only Arpaio did not help, he impeded the case.
Moreover, in 2012 there was a criminal case against Arpaio by the Feds for violation of civil rights of Hispanics. So, after Arpaio made a lot of noise from May to August of 2012 and used the issue to raise some 8 million dollars for his re-election campaign, he suddenly got quiet and at the same time, in August of 2012, the Feds announced that they will not proceed against him with the criminal case.
Now, there is another case pending against Arpaio and Feds want to criminally prosecute him for contempt of court in another federal case, I believe it is before the Federal Judge Snow. I am wondering if Arpaio’s last press -conference will provide nothing and then the criminal complaint case will be dismissed as well.
People should be prepared for anything.

If the upcoming press conference is as successful as I hope is, I can easily forgive the past.
I too did not like the delays and excuses submitted by Arpaio and Zullo for not acting…but, Arpaio is now 84 years old, was defeated in the election by millions of dollars donated to defeat him for enforcing immigration law, much of it from George Soros.
I do believe at this time the Sheriff just might have something to say about Barry that will make a difference. Arpaio sent an invitation to members of the Surprise, AZ Tea Party to attend the news conference. They are who prompted the SHeriff’s investigation of Obama and I doubt he would have invited them to come and hear him say…nothing.
We’ll see.

We just have to wait until Jan. 20th before the truth starts to happen again. Until that time you can’t believe anything for sure. We have been going through a period of deceit. Those in high office appear to suffer from schizophrenia which is demonstrated by hallucinations and disillusionment. Psychiatric journals around the world have shown that this can be caused by hallucinogens such as marijuana which have been made readily available even to children without parental consent by those in office today.

My expectation is that this hasty press conference is being put together as face saving effort to say the CCP did everything that they could and now they are going to pass their “ongoing” investigation evidence over to someone else and eventually place the blame on the receivers of the information for doing nothing. There will be references made to new information discovered but I would speculate that nothing will be revealed under the cover of the investigation being “ongoing.”
As for the claim that Arpaio was defeated by George Soros’ money utilized in a reelection campaign against Arpaio, George Soros’ $2.0 million was outspent by Arpaio’s $10.0 million for the campaign. Soros was out spent 5 to 1 by Arpaio.
The people of Maricopa County have paid millions upon millions of dollars for Arpaio’s legal follies. We’ve seen one too many of Arpaio’s dog and pony shows. We’ve seen our property taxes increased because of Arpaio’s legal nightmare. We’re tired of hearing about Arpaio’s non-investigation-investigation of President Obama’s birth certificate. The fact that Arpaio is now facing a criminal contempt charge in U.S. District Court, Arizona Division, was the icing on the cake. Arpaio was defeated because of his own actions or lack of actions.
Sheriff-Elect Paul Penzone has made it clear that the birth certificate investigation has been a waste of time and resources for the sheriff’s office and it will be closed down when he assumes office in January 2017. Zullo and Arpaio had no choice but to put on one more face saving dog and pony show for the true believers.

I do not care whichever base reasons motivate Sheriff Arpaio to re-raise the attention to the ineligibility (while this shameless unrepentant nation intends to bury it forever). Even if Iran, or North Korea, or Russia re-raised the issue – it still would somehow contribute to the cause of Justice in this particular place.
This nation has the same ugly tradition of keeping silence about its nefarious deeds of the past as Russia and the former USSR did – except that USSR did repent about the stalinism 3 years after the tyrant dropped dead.
America however so vehemently believes in being the “beacon of humanity” and “bright city on the hill”, that it cannot admit any self-criticism or repentance (unless it’s slavery) even about long past. America, guided by a new NWO clown, gets very busy “to become great again” while staying in soiled pants for 8 years.
Read “American Betrayal” by Diana West. America tended to have no shame and avoid exposure and repentance about its past crimes for quite a long. It’s enough to mention betrayal and abandoning of our then still alive POWs to USSR’s GULAG (and later to Vietnamese GULAG) ignoring their and theirs family agony during the rest of their lives. McCain is one of the ugliest culprits for this – freely walking among the citizens of this nation not fearing any exposure, judicial (never mind extrajudicial) consequences.
Diana West’s book perhaps is the only such book of exposure – about which an ugly opportunist David Horowtz said “That book should never be published”.
Now America (still in soiled pants) keeps generating more and more data for the next chapter about its baseness and misery.

After months of publicizing the Obama identity fraud, pleading with congress to take up the issue of completing the investigation and failing at all levels, Sheriff Joe was fully aware that anything he submitted to the DOJ while under the corrupt AG Holder and later Loretta Lynch was a total waste of time because it is obvious to me Obama would have been cleared in any investigation or been totally ignored just as Congress, the Media and all previous legal actions dealing with this subject have been. Now that there is going to be an honest AG with the highest regard for the rule of law coming to bear on Jan. 20, 2017 things are going to change.
Now that Obama has made it clear he is going to remain in DC to defend and continue pushing his treasonous actions and policies, President Trump and the new law and order AG could, and I expect will, develop an keen interest in the probable cause evidence Sheriff Joe has accumulated and will publicize in his coming press conference. What better way to get rid of this annoying and dedicated agent of foreign Islamic allegiance than completing Sheriff Joe’s work and totally destroying this fraudlent criminal and his supporting DNC criminal enterprise? After Jan. 20, 2017 is the proper time to submitt such evidene to the new AG, by Sheriff Joe, or anyone else who is willing to do so.

District Attorney of Maricopa county had no connection to the Feds, he is a local elected official, and Arpaio had a duty to submit the complaint to him for prosecution. He did not do that

I seriously doubt there will be any new info in Arpaio-Zullo’s press conference. And if they have evidence, then Arpaio needs to file a criminal complaint with the District Attorney of his county today, before new sheriff takes office, not announce that he will do a press conference in a month. Why do it in a month, so someone can be killed or bribed between now and then? That is plain stupid, a total BS

Dear Orly, I do not understand why you keep insisting on the duty of Sheriff Arpaio to file with local district attorney in 2011 or later – while having your own frustrating experience of dealing at all levels of the corrupted officials of this fallen nation! The so called repoooblican party banned him and you in 2012. Not one rotten Congressman happened to be interested. Not one other agency in this rotten nation wished to receive his report during 5 years. His own governor Brewer-the-witch blocked the 2011 bill which would prevent the 2012 usurpation… It was obvious, that all LEGAL means had been exhausted.

If the District Attorney were to receive a complaint from Arpaio and choose not to file the charges, then it would have been the fault of the District Attorney, however Arpaio never even submitted the complaint to DA. I filed a state freedom of information request with the District Attorney and he responded that Arpaio did not file any complaint against Obama. So we can’t blame the District Attorney, he was not at fault, Arpaio was

All the focus on obama’s multiple birth certificates (even though they were proven fabrications) has never been any thing but diversion, intended to avoid the more relevant fact that should have been the issue all along. That is of course, the true definition of “Natural Born Citizen”, which the more informed and Constitutionally honest know comes directly from Emmerich de Vattel’s book “The Law of Nations”

Let’s not forget that Arpaio in the March 1, 2012 press conference stated that probable cause that a crime had been established and “persons of interest” had been determined and the PDF had been determined to be a computer generated forgery. In the July 17, 2012 press conference Arpaio basically took the same position and added one more item to the mix which involved Zullo using a 1968 vital statistics race code chart instead of a chart from 1961 attempting to prove information about a 1961 event. The error was quickly pointed out but never corrected. Let’s also not forget that in 2012, the Arpaio / Zullo evidence was taken to Maricopa County Attorney / Prosecutor William Montgomery. He reviewed the information and in a letter addressed to me on September 26, 2012 Montgomery told me that he had reviewed the evidence and called it “speculation” and that he lacked jurisdiction to act and it would have to be proven that Barack Obama was not a U.S. citizen. Once the May 22, 2012 Verification of Birth was issued to Arizona Secretary of State, Ken Bennett verifying that Obama was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961 there was no reason to expect that our prosecutor would go forward when faced with the evidence that contradicted Arpaio’s evidence. On May 31, 2012, the Hawaii DOH issued a Verification of Birth to the Democratic Party in Mississippi and the document was used to counter the evidence presented at trial. Don’t expect any big surprises at the next press conference, judging by the previous two other pressers held in 2012. Sorry to disappoint anyone but that’s the way I see it happening.
