I am shocked and disgusted by Judge Malihi’s ruling.
It seems like I have been having a nightmare and I just woke up!
This ruling is completely irrational!
The Judge can not rule in Obama’s favor, Obama was not present in court.
He defied subpoenas to appear and subpoenas to produce documents.
The Judge can not rule on evidence not produced in court.
Obama was not present, violated supoenas to produce original Hawaiian Typed
Birth Certificate and Original Social Security Number application.
The Judge can not rule that Obama is a Natural Born Citizen, Obama
never produced any evidence of anything!
Has this Judge gone insane.
Obama is guilty of contempt of court and the Judge rules in his favor?
Impossible!
Obama was supposed to appear in court and prove he was eligible!
If he was eligible why did he not appear or produce any documents?
Obama’s mother could not pass citizenship on to Obama.
The INS act of 1952, states that she had to have lived in the USA for 10 consecutive
years , 5yrs after age 14. She was too young!
The judge rules Minor vs. Happersett does not rule in Natural Born Citizen?
MINOR V. HAPPERSETT IS BINDING PRECEDENT AS TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL DEFINITION OF A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.
The Judge can not over rule a SCOTUS Decision.
The Judge rules the witnesses were not expert enough, what bullshit.
Obama was born in 1961, Adobe Software and PDF files did not exist then.
Why was Obama’s Birth Certificate  in PDF Format.
Any software engineer can open the BC file in adobe photoshop or Illustrator and
very that it is a cut and paste job from other Birth Certificate Images.
It has 9 seperate layers.
All the judge had to do is replay the video tapes of Doug Voit in court.
The Judge never asked one question!
Where was Obama to refute :
1-Forged Birth certificate
2-Stolen Social Security Number
The Judge can not start his ruling by assuming that Obama is a citizen!
Obama did not produce any evidence to that and violated supeonas demanding that proof.
Have we all fallen down the rabbit hole?
I demand that you:
1-Rule Obama not eligible to be on the Georgia Ballot
2-Rule Obama is in Contempt of Court
3-Rule Obama is Not a Natural Born Citizen
4-Rule Obama is Not a Citizen.
5-Obama’s Birth Certificate is a Forgery
6-Obama is using a stolen Social Security Number
7-Issue court order for Obama to be arrested for Illegal Alien, Federal Document Fraud, Identy Fraud.

    Tony: a) the vexatious litigants themselves provided proof of Obama’s eligibility: his Hawaii-certified birth certificate.

    b) Minor v. Happersett is NOT, is NOT, is NOT binding precedent – it verified that children of citizen parents are NBC, but it did NOT, did NOT, did NOT, address the question of whether children of aliens are NBC. That question was answered affirmatively in Wong Kim Ark and in Ankeny.

    The issue is over. The only issue now is which one of you wackjobs is going to pull the trigger to get the nigger out of the White House.
