Dear Miss/Mrs. Blackorby,

Permit me to provide some background as I have never had the good fortune to meet Senator DeMint:

I am an octogenarian who last studied civics over 65 years ago and it’s been some 60 years since I swore an oath to our Constitution when I donned our country’s uniform. Although it has been over half a century since I laid aside that uniform, I never “unswore” that oath so I consider it as valid 24/7 now as it was then. Although I have made many unsuccessful attempts to correspond with Senator DeMint on this and other subjects, I consider the work he is doing to elect CONSERVATIVE people to Congress to be a worthwhile and necessary effort if our nation is to survive in any shape that would be remotely recognizable by our Founders. My problem lies with the fact that so many of these so called “conservatives” seem to either not understand our Constitution or choose to ignore it AND THEIR OATH once elected.

Our nation faces the greatest peril that I have witnessed in my lifetime for we are under simultaneous attacks from enemies “BOTH FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC” and I see our Government not only doing little, but actually providing aid and comfort TO THESE ENEMIES. Encroaching liberalism has been taking a toll on our nation for years, but with the rise of the usurper Obama/Soetoro/Soebarkah/or whatever his real name might be that toll has become critically destructive. We now have a condition where this putative president and his henchmen are running roughshod over the Nation AND the Constitution. Witness the shutting down of the Gulf oil exploration and production; suing Arizona for trying to enforce the laws that Obama, etc., REFUSE to enforce, etc., etc. Add to this the numerous examples of fraud perpetrated by Obama, etc., and the extreme efforts he has gone to to shield his past from scrutiny not only by the Press, but from Congress as well, culminating in his display of the fraudulent “certificate of live birth” at the White House. Obama, etc., is using an invalid Social Security number and has an equally fraudulent Selective Service registration; yet Congress seems willing to turn a blind eye to this ongoing assault on our nation!

Dr. Orly Taitz is a Russian emigre who left Communism and came to this country to partake of our Freedom. She is not only a dentist, a lawyer, real estate broker and housewife; but she is passionate in her love and respect for this country and the rule of law. Dr. Taitz has spent years uncovering the truth about many items of Obama’s subterfuge and fraud. She has evidence and has been struggling upstream against the liberal tide trying to seek Justice for her adopted nation. Dr. Taitz has been invited to Washington to meet with some House members on Thursday September 22nd at 1 PM. She plans on arriving first thing that morning and I am asking on behalf of our Nation and our Constitution if Senator DeMint could find the time to meet with her?

As stated above, I believe that Senator DeMint is a “cut above” the typical member of Congress and I hope that when Justice is FINALLY served (and if it is not, I am afraid the nation, for which our Founders fought so honorably, shall be lost) I would like the Senator to be on the “right side” of the fall out!

I hope I have made myself clear as this is such an important point that I sometimes get carried away; but I wish you would let me know if the Senator or a suitable member of his staff could find the time to meet with Dr. Taitz on this matter of vital interest.    Been faxing, calling, emailing my reps & senators for over 2 years. They no longer will take my calls or return requested replies to THE MAIN ISSUE facing our Republic- a liar as putative POTUS. The disgust and angst is NOW directed at CONgress. They continue to allow his destruction of the country. NOT ONE will stand for the people. That alone is already revelatory to the state of affairs of “public officials”. The sorriest demise of moral character is running the country. Selfish, greedy, power grabbers that care nothing of the well being of this once blessed land.

   The campaign of lies to enter office and the continuance of lies to stay in office. From the liar-in-chief on down we have become a nation of liars. Standing for Righteousness is near extinction.

   What a demoralizing shameful (on American politicians)scenario that a Russian immigrant with freedom loving integrity fights to keep America a Republic. What a heroine of modernity! God Bless you Orly. The few of us that join your intensity in battling the evil of our present usurpation of government will matter very soon.
