Senate begins the trial of unanimously impeached Federal District Judge Thomas Porteus. He was impeached for lying in his records, while being confirmed for the position of the federal judge. We need to know if Obama lied as well.

Here’s proof that Congress can “impeach” someone if they want to!!! So…these “paragons of virtue” in the Senate should start to do their “real job” by instituting the “impeachment process” on Obama!
It’s too bad that the House can’t do this…once Steve King gets through with all the members who want to sign up to “discharge” the healthcare bill, they could take care of this “Constitutional Crisis” forthwith!!!! And I’m bettin’ that it WOULD get done!!!!

Actually, the House can do it. The House impeaches ( brings the charges ), the Senate holds the trial.
