    You claim to be a knowledgeable attorney. You should know that impeachment requires only the majority of the House of Representatives, GOP has it. Impeachment is akin to indictment. Subsequent removal requires 2/3. If Dems will vote not to remove him in light of terrorist acts, then they will pay with their seats during the 2016 election

    We shouldn’t fight among ourselves. The conservatives in the House are smart enough to know, I Hope, that once impeached it would only require 34 senate votes to acquit and make every thing Obama has done the law of the land. The veto power is another thing that keeps the makes anything the House would like to do futile. It stinks that the GOP still gets blamed for not stopping Obama. However it might be beneficial to force the liberals in the Senate to have to vote and make them take the heat for what Obama is doing. However there is still the media who would try to find a way to forgive liberals and nail the GOP to the wall. In the case of the veto it would not end up ratifying anything that Obama has done unlike the acquittal of impeachment.

    The petition won’t do anything. Obama has proven he will ignore congress and do whatever he wants to under his warped interpretation of executive privilege.

    But petitioning Governors to use all lawful means running security checks; placing them in quarantine for disease checks ;

    Heck, Governors could just order the social service organizations that would deal with the refugees to pace themselves like they do at the state department when dealing with subpoenas and FOIA requests for emails.

    In other words, those refugees will die of old age before they are processed.

    I just received this information and it came from Andrea Shea. Interesting that three states STILL support Obama, really??? All the other governors are being very vocal on not allowing Syrian refugees and some even voicing negative remarks about Obama. In my occupation, I have seen massive numbers of refugees coming into the western states; locations like SAN and especially SEA. We do not know their ethnic origin, but I allege the middle east area.

Alabama and Michigan made similar announcements on Sunday.
    The terrorist attacks in Paris have brought renewed attention on the U.S. refugee program, specifically the threat that ISIS could exploit the process to infiltrate and attack the United States. Several Republican lawmakers and presidential candidates have called on the administration to stop taking Syrian refugees, citing security concerns.
    The governors of Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Vermont, meanwhile, have backed the Obama administration’s policy, voicing their support for accepting refugees in their states.
    Refugees are extensively vetted — the process takes on average 18 to 24 months — but senior U.S. officials have said they are concerned there is a lack of on-the-ground intelligence in Syria that could be useful in the screening process.
    Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal issued an executive order on Monday instructing agencies in his state to “utilize all lawful means” to stop Syrian refugees from resettling in the state.
    “All departments, budget units, agencies, offices, entities, and officers of the executive branch of the State of Louisiana are authorized and directed to utilize all lawful means to prevent the resettlement of Syrian refugees in the State of Louisiana while this Order is in effect,” the order reads.
    “The Louisiana State Police, upon receiving information of a Syrian refugee already relocated within the State of Louisiana, are authorized and directed to utilize all lawful means to monitor and avert threats within the State of Louisiana,” reads another provision of the order.
    In a letter sent to President Obama on Monday, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced that his state will also refuse to resettle Syrian refugees.
    “Given the tragic attacks in Paris and the threats we have already seen, Texas cannot participate in any program that will result in Syrian refugees — any one of whom could be connected to terrorism — being resettled in Texas,” Abbott wrote in the letter. “Effective today, I am directing the Texas Health & Human Services Commission’s Refugee Resettlement Program to not participate in the resettlement of any Syrian refugees in the state of Texas. And I urge you, as president, to halt your plans to allow Syrians to be resettled anywhere in the United States.”
    “Neither you nor any federal official can guarantee that Syrian refugees will not be part of any terroristic activity,” Abbott continued. “As such, opening our door to them irresponsibly exposes our fellow Americans to unacceptable peril.”
    Ohio Gov. John Kasich similarly sent a letter to Obama, requesting that the federal government stop resettling Syrian refugees in Ohio.
    “The governor doesn’t believe the U.S. should accept additional Syrian refugees because security and safety issues cannot be adequately addressed,” Kasich communications director Jim Lynch said. “The governor is writing to the President to ask him to stop, and to ask him to stop resettling them in Ohio. We are also looking at what additional steps Ohio can take to stop resettlement of these refugees.”
    Florida Gov. Rick Scott, while ending state support for resettlement efforts, wrote in a letter to congressional leaders that it was his “understanding” that “the state does not have the authority to prevent the federal government from funding the relocation of these Syrian refugees to Florida even without state support.” As such, Scott called on Congress to prevent the Obama administration from using federal funds to support Syrian resettlement efforts.
    Governor Mike Pence of Indiana said in a statement on Monday, “Effective immediately, I am directing all state agencies to suspend the resettlement of additional Syrian refugees in the state of Indiana pending assurances from the federal government that proper security measures have been achieved. Unless and until the state of Indiana receives assurances that proper security measures are in place, this policy will remain in full force and effect.”
    Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant said in a statement on Monday that he would do “everything humanly possible” to stop the Obama administration from placing Syrian refugees in the state.
    “I’m currently working with the Mississippi Department of Public Safety and Mississippi Office of Homeland Security to determine the current status of any Syrian refugees that may be brought to our state in the near future,” Bryant said in a statement. “I will do everything humanly possible to stop any plans from the Obama administration to put Syrian refugees in Mississippi. The policy of bringing these individuals into the country is not only misguided, it is extremely dangerous. I’ll be notifying President Obama of my decision today to resist this potential action.”
    Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson wrote in a tweet on Monday that he too would oppose Syrian refugees being relocated to his state.
    According to the Boston Globe, Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker told reporters on Monday he was “not interested” in accepting Syrian refugees. “I would say no as of right now,” Baker said. “No, I’m not interested in accepting refugees from Syria.”
    “My view on this is the safety and security of the people of the Commonwealth of Mass. is my highest priority,” Baker added. “So I would set the bar very high on this.”
    Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey said in a statement, “Given the horrifying events in Paris last week, I am calling for an immediate halt in the placement of any new refugees in Arizona.” Specifically, he called for the Obama administration to provide “immediate consultation” under the United States Refugee Act.
    In a news conference, North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory took similar action, saying that he was requesting that the Obama administration “cease” Syrian refugee resettlement in the state immediately “until we are thoroughly satisfied” that concerns about safety that he expressed are resolved.
    Of the governors’ actions and statements, McCrory added that some of the governors will be meeting later this week: “I’m sure all of us will be speaking, as a group, in the very near future.”
    Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley and Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder announced on Sunday that they would attempt to block Syrian refugees from relocating to their states after the Paris terror attacks.

    Andrew Morris: Mr. Obama is an ineligible Federal Employee. A House Committee (not the Senate) has to consider the matter of Mr. Obama ineligibility. It is a technical matter that is much simpler to consider than is impeachment.

    In addition, impeachment does not apply to someone who occupies POTUS position illegally.

    The Committee has to consider just 3 items:

    1.Mr. Obama’s father’s US citizenship at a time of Mr. Obama’s birth
    2.Mr. Obama’s mother’ US citizenship check the same matters as above for her
    3.Mr. Obama birth documents (not needed if 1. or 2. demonstrate that Mr. Obama is not eligible for POTUS).

    The Committee has to answer the question is Mr. Obama eligible for POTUS?

    The committee deliberates as above.
    The answer is NO, Mr. Obama is not eligible for POTUS.

    The Committee announces Mr. Obama has no right to be POTUS.
    The Committee issues a judgement on Mr. Obama.

    The Committee orders Mr. Obama to leave the WH and fulfill the judgement.

    The interim period results, where Mr. Ron Paul is offered the position of US president until 2016 elections.

    Another possibility is that Senator Cruz would announce on Mr. Obama ineligibility for POTUS might produce similar affect as would the above Committee accomplish or would facilitate the above committee to be assembled in the House.

    This would lead to much relief.

    I’m not a lawyer but I do witness what is happening. 1. Obama does as he pleases and flaunts the law. It doesn’t matter what is written in our legal documents. So it depends on what the House and Senate are ready to do or are forced to do by the people. 2. The House is ready to impeach and has the votes. 3. The Senate is not ready to convict and remove Obama because of the required super majority required ie 67 votes is not there. 4. The media and special rights entitlements are carrying the day. 5. That will eventually change when the funny money runs out or we are taken over by force.

    Grand Jury could be a way to bring a lawsuit to establish that Mr. Obama is not illegible for POTUS or Confirm that he is eligible for POTUS. This has huge potential plus is that this could be done without the HOUSE and without the SENATE. Such a lawsuit would establish the truth about Mr. Obama for the entire US population. Though millions are aware about the mater.

    However, a House Committee could address the eligibility question too.

    The House of Representatives has many (sub-)committees. So has Senate.

    I’d prefer to force the resolution of the issue of illegal federal employee independently of impeachment, because it is very narrow issue comparative to the impeachment.

    The Senate needs not be involved in determination of inelligibility. There are Congressmen that could force this issue (ineligibility) such as Repr Louie Gohmert.

    I certainly agree. How we would force this on the HOUSE?
    The problem may be similar to how we would we force the investigation of Mr. Obama ineligibility on the HOUSE?

    How could we force local assembly men and the HOUSE Congressmen to move on ineligibility possibly first. Do assemblymen know Mr. Obama is not eligible for POTUS? Do they know that the public is boiling about the matter?
    The constituents must bear on these people, but the assemblymen and congressmen are busy with the local pork. So confront the pork with the fundamental security issue of illegal POTUS.

    I believe that a Grand Jury Indictment is the only way to go. If the prosecutor believes that a report provides sufficient evidence to indicate that the alleged offender has committed a crime and that the case has a reasonable likelihood of a conviction at a trial, the prosecutor will file a direct complaint and/or seek a Grand Jury indictment. Both of these methods constitute a formal filing of criminal charges.

    Grand Jury Indictment
    In addition to – and sometimes in lieu of – filing a direct complaint, a prosecutor may formally charge a suspect by presenting evidence to a Grand Jury comprised of at least nine citizens selected at random. If the Grand Jury determines that there is sufficient evidence that a suspect committed a crime and should be tried on specific charges, the jurors will formalize these findings by issuing an indictment (sometimes referred to as a “true bill”). The Grand Jury may also issue an indictment alleging charges other than those recommended by the prosecutor, or determine that there is insufficient evidence to support any charges at all. If the Grand Jury delivers an indictment, a judge may issue either a summons ordering the defendant to appear in court or an arrest warrant authorizing law enforcement agencies to arrest the defendant.

    Now the question becomes how do we get the needed ten people, to indict him.

    That’s all we need, we don’t need the House or the Senate, it too much of a hassle, and we don’t have that much time.

    Maybe Sheriff Joe Arpiao con get an indictment for Barry S., aka, Barrack O. for this incident. I cannot make out which airport they came in on. It sounds like O’Hara International Airport. UPS is complicit to this crime also.

    Thank you for clarifications regarding the use of Grand Jury in posts 53-56 as well as the options of its use: Arpayo, Judge Hanen, and the criminal matter of illegally transporting refugees in UPS planes.

    The criminal matter is there. The prosecutor and a federal Judge are to be found.

    There maybe not one but several locations in connection with this type of criminal events. This may result in many options for a prosecutor and a federal Judge.

    There are other variations for criminal events. This isin connection with current resettling of Syrian refugees in the variety of US States. This may be viewed as criminal or treason (Grand Jury might not handle treason?!)

    Maybe this could be viewed as a breach of security in a state like NY which does receives Syrian refugees.

    Here is a possibility of bringing Grand Juri lawsuit on a criminal matter of disseminating Syrian refugees over US.

    One contacts an assembly man in this person’s State.
    One brings the issue of security concern to the assemblyman and asks for action to protect the State.

    The assemblyman does not act without directly refusing to act.

    The matter now may become criminal for the assemblyman not acting to protect the security of that State.

    A Grand Jury lawsuit may be brought up against the assemblyman. A prosecutor and a Federal Judge to do this need be found for that State. This could be done simultaneously in several States.

    There are experienced trial lawyers (around 40 years of trials experience) who are familiar with federal Judges and can identify the better of the Judges with regards to the original idea of Jury trials, where decisions are made by the Jury and not by the Judge administrating the trial.

    One example of such a trial lawyer is Attorney Michael Louis Minns, Katy, Texas. He has published a book The Underground Lawyer available from Amazon. On page 68 or so he recommends 4 Federal Judges. The youngest of these Judges has been born in 1948, though this maybe actionable still, there is a need in updated info about such Federal Judges.

    Mr. Minns operates a small law firm at Katy, Texas currently and has published another book “Fighting The Goliath (IRS)” describing a number of wins and some losses he had by 2001.

    Tuberculosis found among Syrian refugees in Lebanon

    According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, multiple cases of tuberculosis (TB) were discovered among Syrian refugees in Lebanon. TB is a highly infectious airborne disease.

    The World Health Organization reports that by the end of the year, almost 40 cases were referred to Lebanon’s TB programme, with two infected by a dangerous multi-drug resistant form of the disease.

    It’s been assigned to a sub-committee of the Judiciary committee.

    I know of no grand jury exploring criminal charges against Obama.
