    To West Virginia’s Secretary of State:

    If stealing, then using a dead man’s Social Security Number as if it was your own AIN’T FRAUD, in west Virginia, what CONSTITUTES FRAUD in West Virginia?

    West Virginia, why don’t you check with Social Security’s “E-Verify” and see what they say, if they haven’r be MUZZLED-UP from up above.

    West Virginia, do you really need a DELAY, or is this just the old SHADY, SNEAKY, and DISHONEST STALL GAME, used by those that have no legal substance to offer? Usually this tactic is used by SHADY ATTORNEYS who are defending GANGSTERS.

    West Virginia, you are not defending a GANGSTER are you?
