Американским банкам следует надлежащим образом следить за движением средств на счетах, которые могут быть связаны с бывшим президентом Украины Виктором Януковичем и его окружением. Об этом сообщается в материалах FinCEN — подразделения Минфина США, которое занимается борьбой с отмыванием средств и финансированием терроризма.
