      Orly:–

      Seems to me that since Judge Carter has yet to grant discovery (perhaps afraid to compel Obama to answer interrogatories and/or depositions) and at the same time really can’t dismiss the entire case as Team Obama and the Dept. of Justice want because he knows that at the very least Dr. Keyes has a valid tort-fraud action against Candidate (not ‘President’ Obama), go ahead and file a Motion for Summary Judgment since, even basing all facts in favor of Obama, he loses as a matter of law since he declares his dad was British/Kenyan on Baby O’s birth, hence, it IS SOLELY A LEGAL ARGUMENT, that is,
      Constitutional POTUS eligibility of “natural born citizen” as opposed to just “citizen”, required two citizen parents.

      by the way folks every single person that is running for office that has been around such as mitt romney ALL MUST GO…THEY ARE ALL PART OF A CORRUPT ELITE THAT WILL CONTINUE THE FRAUD…DIDNT MITT HELP PUT A PUBLIC HEALTH CARE IN PLACE HELLO?????WE NEED FRESH NEW AMERICANS THAT DONT HAVE ALL THE PAT ANSWERS OR A LOT OF DAMN MONEY BUT HAVE PRINCIPLES AND VALUES AND A LOT OF MARINES TO RUN FOR OFFICE AND CLEAN UP THIS MESS OBAMA CLAIMS TO HAVE….YEA RIGHT…THEY ARE ALL FRAUDS IN MY HUMBLE OPINION…

      My understanding, from what I’ve read, is that Romney put in place a health care plan when he was Gov., that worked pretty good. It started going south when he left and a Dem was elected Gov. The new Gov. made changes to the plan that are causing the current problems.

      Also, I don’t believe you will find a more honest politician than a Mormon politician. No, I’m not Mormon, but I have had the opportunity to observe the business practices of a few Mormons, and the ones I know, they not only know how to stretch a dollar, but they have high business ethics and morals.

      I have nothing against Romney, just wanted to show that it is time for the Big Wigs in GOP to start supporting us
