The deadline for reports was April 19, 2010.  My report is linked below. 
My report focused on large scale false imprisonments, and allegations of racketeering in the Los Angeles Courts, which the US gov is refusing to address for over a decade.
OAK filed by April 19, 2010 a report that focused on intimidation, retaliation, harassment of attorneys.
