IT WILL BE A YEAR IN OCTOBER that the Barnett vs Obama case was dismissed on  technicalities, without ever being heard on its merits, and without discovery ever being authorized to ferret out the numerous dark secrets of Obama’s hidden life.  I was in court to witness the Oct. 5, 2009 hearing.  One of the lawyers from Obama’s defense counsel was hired as the judge’s clerk, a stunning conflict of interest.  A few weeks later, the case was dismissed.
 
Judge Land dismissed the Rhodes case with similar rationalizations and warned the plaintiff, Rhodes, and attorney Orly Taitz (Sample interview), not to appeal it. Appeal it, she did anyway and got slapped with $20,000 in sanctions. She continued to appeal it, all the way up to the Supreme Court (via two attempts), which wouldn’t even hear the case. She needs your help to pursue your interests in this and other similar cases.  She WILL NOT give up. I personally know first-hand that it is not in her nature to do so.  Be thankful for that.
 
Lt Col. Lakin has questioned his orders flowing down the chain of command from the likely ineligible “Commander-in-Chief,” known as “Obama.”  His case is also getting the bum’s rush so far.
 
You may be asking yourself why Taitz, other attorneys and plaintiffs continue to beat their head against a brick wall, when no judge will even hear of it, no prosecutor will file criminal charges, no of Secretary of State or Attorney-General will investigate or pursue charges.  Why won’t they be “sensible” and just quit?  Because their heroic actions have raised questions in the minds of 60% of the population.  They are slowly gaining traction. More and more information is being ferreted out– damning information. All this is increasingly undermining a very dangerous person, some say a “Manchurian Candidate” in the White House. When I read that many years ago, I never dreamed it could actually happen.  Now, it appears that it might have. That makes all of these efforts discussed worthwhile.
 
It’s not just about a”birth certificate” (by the way an actual U.S. birth certificate has never been produced, in spite of the media lies you have heard over, and over, and over again).  Why would Obama fight that?  Why not just produce it?  But even if he did, there are other concerns:
– His father was an alien, which means he is probably not a natural born citizen, as envisioned in the Constitution and supported by case law.
– There is a possibility that he applied for foreign student status scholarships
– There is evidence that he may have been, or still be, a British and Indonesian citizen, and/or Kenyan (by virtue of the fact that his alleged Father was a British Citizen and Kenya later became independent).
– His mother’s time out of the U.S. may have invalidated even basic citizenship claims for Obama.
– It appears that he committed criminal fraud and broke multiple laws, by using at least 16 Social Security Numbers, including 068-40-4425, used to pay him in the White House.  This was verified by two investigators and has never been refuted.  But, do you ever hear about that from the media?  Noooooooo.  Google it.
– it is likely that he falsified his Selective Service records, although that is in dispute.  Google that, too. As fast as sites are shut down, more spring up.
– It is possible, that a U.S. birth certificate, if it even exists, could reveal other surprises, such as a different biological father.  There is speculation that he could be the son of Frank Marshall Davis or even Malcolm X.
– The student loans he claims to have paid off are nowhere in evidence, suggesting that he may have had a mysterious financing source. Some say it is Saudi money, some even say the CIA helped to create false records of a Columbia degree.  There is some evidence that suggests the former, but no smoking guns.

I raised nearly $5,000 and have $15,000 more to go.

I am confident a day will come when all of the criminals, violating US constitution, will be prosecuted, and we will get this $20, 000 with interest and punitive damages for this judicial extortion to keep us quiet about this Kenyan born usurper destroying this nation. Please, contribute  and help me with remaining $15,000. If this corrupt establishment is viciously attacking me today, tomorrow they will detain any of you as a domestic terrorist, only for being a devout Christian or Jew and opposing some insane Sharia law tenet. There will be no attorneys to fight for you, if the public does not help me today with these remaining $15,000 extortion sanctions.
