Dr. Roberts,

Yesterday, as usual, I listend to the Alex Jones show including the guest interviews with Jeffrey Steinberg and with you.  I have, again, comments regarding the presentation of the presidential eligibility issue on the Alex Jones Show.  I shall not bother you again if you wish to not correspond.  Please consider what I have to say here.

On the show, it was mentioned more than once that Obama’s violation of the War Powers Act was an impeachable offense.  This illustrates the importance of the eligibility issue.  Impeachment is a process for removal of a sitting president.  In this case these U.S. have not had a sitting president since January 20, 2009.  Calling for impeachment is to ignore the following facts, and thereby mislead the entire effort to restore the constitution.
1) Obama, in 2008, on his “Fight the Smears” web site, stated that at birth, his citizenship was governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948; that is, he was a British citizen by his own admission, and therefore cannot be president.
2) Obama’s “Birth Certificate” (all versions) is a forgery, which amounts to, among other things, document fraud and election fraud.
3) Obama’s SS number was never assigned to him, constituting SS fraud.
4) Obama’s Indonesian school records list him as an Indonesian citizen (Associated Press 2008), providing more evidence that he is not a constitutional natural born citizen.
5) He did not swear the constitutional oath required to assume the office.  I cannot accept that a president-elect cannot get correct a 2-line oath when sworn in in front of billions of people world-wide.  It was a planned part of the coup.

If you or I applied for a U.S. Passport and submitted a fraudulent, forged birth certificate with the application, we would be arrested, prosecuted, convicted, and imprisioned.  Obama must be arrested, not impeached.  This is not a technicality.  Since he was never president, every action he has taken, every bill signed into law, every judicial appointment, every executive appointment, every Executive Order, all are null and void if he is arrested, tried and convicted.  On the other hand, if impeachment proceedings are initiated, this is a sort of de facto statement that, “Oh well, he really is the president so all these actions still stand and we take it from the here and now.”  There is a vast difference.

This is why I have tried to urge Alex Jones, whom I greatly admire, and who is among the leading patriots in history, and who has awakened more Americans than anyone else, to extensively interview Orly Taitz.  She discovered and brought forth the SS issue.  She has standing in her current DC District Court case.  She is the only attorney still pursuing active eligibility cases.  She has never wavered in her efforts for truth and justice.  There are signs that the courts are relaxing the stonewalling.  Publicity and exposure on the Alex Jones Show would help her current, active cases and the restoration of the constitution, and inform millions of listeners around the world.  In my opinion, impeachment would greatly harm efforts for return to of the rule of law, and would be a tragic mistake.

I do not have Alex Jones email address.  Please forward this to him. I am going to also send it to “alex@infowars.com” as a guess.  I shall not bother anyone again regarding this issue of a Taitz interview, but at least I would like to know if Alex Jones received my message.
