Replying to Rich above, I think you are wrong to thin the the Democrats manipulated this event. The crowd of 20,000 to hear Trump was not – and could never have been – created by an Elect Hillary effort. Or by the media, who would rather it never happened. The attendees were solid Republicans who are fed up with being lied to by the Republican Establishment. As in totally.FED.UP. These are not Hillary supporters. They were there to see Trump, who is powerfully telling the truth. Yes, there is a danger that Trump could “split the vote” by Republicans. But consider the alternative. There is a greater danger that if Trump were to drop out – and I pray the he does not – that we would next have Jeb Bush, the Republican Establishment’s Anointed One, as President. Please, not another election where Republicans must hold their noses and vote for the Establishment candidate. Personally I won’t do that again. |

Yes, EXTREMELY fed up with establishment repubs, there is very little, if any difference between them & the dems. They are scared of Trump because they know they can’t control him, he will do what needs to be done. Beware during the primary vote, they will try to get the dems to vote for zeb & they will because they know that hill/bill can win over zeb. All conservatives need to get out & vote for Trump.

Terence, we will see who is wrong or right. This story will have an ending. You spend all your time bashing Republicans and zero time holding Democrats accountable for what democrats are doing. Are democrats part of “the establishment? Is there any chance that this is the same old democratic election strategy to split the Republican vote? Is it possible for the GOP to win an election up against another established conservative and all the democratic sponsored entitlements and special rights? It’s a no brainer. The smoking gun is you never bash democrats without blaming Republicans for what democrats are doing The fact is that the real establishment is the party who has corrupted our entire legal system and all three branches of our government with deficit spending. Boehner has had a balanced budget bill on the table for ever in spite of the fact that sixty percent of his constituency are crossover voters. You are just telling all those voters who have been hooked on deficit spending entitlements and special rights to keep right on voting for it because it’s not their fault for our world wide bankruptcy but the fault of Repbublicans who have no power at all.

Bravo, Mr Brennan: Mr. Trump won’t do the splitting; it will be the tired and unresponsive party elites who PUSHED away millions of its adherents.

Many conservatives think that Sarah Palin is waiting for the herd to thin, before announcing her candidacy.

I do not believe she will run

This is a good analysis, but it omits the problem we’ve got with Sen Rafael “Ted” Cruz.
He is ineligible. Born in Calgary, Canada to a US mother and a Cuban father, he doesn’t remotely qualify.
Even Trump has said that Cruz’ eligibility is “suspicious”, and that “somebody needs to look into this”.
EVERY READER & FOLLOWER of Orly needs to look into Cruz’ eligibility.
If Cruz IS eligible, then we have wasted 7 years on Obama. And that would be unacceptable.

Definitely sick and tired of self-serving politicians who campaign on what we want to hear and end up doing something completely contrary to what their constituents want.
