   HE DOES THIS..BUT HE KNOWS THAT IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 109DAYS..

   WHEN WILL HE EXPEDITE AND NO LONGER GIVE THE ADMIN HEADSUP..

   IF THEY DEFAULT THEY DEFAULT …IT’S AS SIMPLE AS ATTENDING A FUNERAL..

   DONE DEAL.

   SSN BELONGS TO HARRISON BOUNELL …LAMBERTH…

   ALLOWING OTHERS WAY MORE TIME IS CORRUPT…

   Obviously, more stalling tactics. Do not
   trust Judge Lamberth. He misjudges the
   obvious truth, twists and turns, prevaricates,
   stalls and sidelines with distractions and sub-
   terfuges. He is totally untrustworthy, IMO.

   A common explanation of what is a ‘leave of court to file a new motion for reconsideration’ , might benefit those who are not versed in the law.

   I expected more honesty, integrity, and courage from a former Army officer as Judge Lamberth was. But the Benedict Arnold was an Army officer too so my preferred concept of a military officer is not always accurate.

   Francisco, a “leave of court” is a motion by a court of law (in this case Comrade Lamberth) which allows one side or the other to get away with something that without his permission would be against the law. In this case he is allowing Hussein & Co to continue to ignore providing the requested documentation. A “leave of court” was never intended to be used as a tool by a presiding judge to aid & abet criminals attempting to run from the law like Soebarkah has been doing for 5 1/2 years now.

    A leave of court is a legal term used to describe asking the court permission to do something that the court doesn’t normally allow according to its rules and procedures. Either party can file this motion, which is often called a motion for leave. It’s commonly used to ask the court to file papers or take some action after a deadline has passed. The party filing the motion has to list a good reason for requesting the court to allow the action out of time, or after the expiration of the date, in order for a court to grant the motion. The party who files the motion often asks the opposing party whether he or she will oppose the filing, and when there is no opposition, the party will indicate so in the motion.

    When a court allows the action, then the party can go forward with the court’s permission. It’s often within the court’s discretion to make that decision, but the court usually has to take into account any hardship or prejudice that the other party would suffer as a result and the reason for the motion for leave of court. For example, a court may not grant a lawyer for the defense to file a motion late because he forgot the date. A court may consider a motion if the lawyer submitted an electronic version of a document but encountered technical difficulties in the process

    I keep asking myself, why won’t some God fearing Integrity and morally sound person/people stand up and hold this guy accountable in the courts of this great Nation. where/who is the one person that will take these matters up and see Barry for who and what he truly is. I spent 20 years in the Air Force and while I never saw combat I signed my life away to protect this country. I am disgusted at what those in DC for the sake of their political carriers have done to a Nation that I vowed to protect with my very life. No one in DC has the amount of integrity that we VETS have in just or little finger. Yes I am thouroghly disgusted at whats going on in DC.

    Hi folks. We can spend hours outlining why RINOs and Flaming Libs. should be thrown out of our Govt. The only easy way is what our Constitution gave us—the Right to Vote!!! Use it, use it, use it, If enough of us do, we can change our Govt back to what we all know is the right path to follow–Small Govt.–Strong military–and faith in our Holy Lord to guide us forward, back to the greatest Country in the World.

    Yes, voting is a great tool for We the People, but with rigged elections, voting machines, fake and unauthorized voters, their is no chance of winning in the elections.
