For a year Attorney Taitz was corresponding with IRS and advising them that there was an identity theft of her identity and that fraudulent tax returns were submitted using her name and her Social Security number. Taitz submitted Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to IRS, seeking a copy of those bogus tax returns, as the thiefs attempted to get returns through direct deposit to their accounts. Taitz was trying to get copies of these returns, which contained the signature of the thief and the bank account information of the thief. IRS refused her FOIA requests for copies of fraudulent tax returns which were filed using her name and her Social Security number. Today, on 02.09.2014 Taitz found in her mail box a letter from IRS, where IRS admitted in writing that indeed there was an identity theft in her account.
The bigger question is: what is the incentive for IRS to refuse to provide the taxpayers with the copy of a fraudulent tax return filed in their names and under their Social Security numbers? According to the report of the Inspector General of IRS four billion dollars were paid by IRS last year alone in fraudulent tax returns. Thieves got those refunds in foreign bank accounts in Europe, Asia, Africa, all over the world. Why is IRS covering up crimes? Tax payers could ID thieves by those bank accounts. Are there employees within the IRS and Social Security administration who are criminally complicit with organized crime? Do they supply members of the organized crime with the Social Security information of the U.S. Taxpayers and getting a cut, a percentage of the loot? Shouldn’t IRS go after those criminals instead of harassing members of the tea-party groups and conservatives?
Taitz continues working on this and other issues of violation of constitutional and civil rights of the U.S. citizens. She hopes that if a motion to dismiss in her case in MS is denied, and the case goes to discovery, even limited discovery, she would be able to issue subpoenas to gather information and obtain the names of the the individuals who are involved in this and other criminal acts, where Taitz and other political dissidents are being targeted and their financial wellbeing is being destroyed.

irs being one of the biggest criminal enterprises in the world stopping criminal activity is not a high priority to them. Apparently they don’t mind sharing with the small time extortioners since any losses can be easily passed on to the people anyhow.

What a perfect set up! Some thieves in the IRS steal identities, then pay themselves the tax returns due the authentic owners of the SSNs. And then deny the abused the right to find out who is doing it. Has to be one of the best scams of all time.

Yes, Gary, there is something you can do. I need to submit a reply in several courts. Affidavit of Reed Hayes is an important piece of evidence and Arpaio should not be hiding it. You cannot copyright evidence that sheriff uncovered in criminal investigation. This is not a copyright material, this is not attorney work product, this is a criminal offense and can be crimanaly prosecuted as obstruction of justice and complicity in the cover up of fraud and forgery. Arpaio needs to release it. You should write an open demand for Arpaio to release all the evidence, particularly in light of the fact that he refuses to submit a criminal complaint to the DA. By not releasing it, he is obstructing justice. If you want this matter uncovered and prosecuted, tell Arpaio to do his job as a sheriff and not use this issue for fund raising and book writing.
Gary, why don’t you and Sharon Rondeau and Carl Gallops and George Miller and Richard Garoutte and Commander Kerchner and Mike Volin issue a statement demanding that Arpaio release the affidavit, so I can submit it to court and so you can forward it to Congress? Also, you, Gary reported on my cases, and I appreciate that, however most of others involved with BirtherReport.com intentionally for a number of years now have hidden from their readers any and all developments in a number of cases that I conducted. Why don’t you ask Carl Gallos, Jerome Corsi, Joseph Farah, Sharon Rondeau and others respond and explain to their readers, why for the past several years did they hide from their readers all of the information about my cases, what was their incentive to do that? Did they help this movement or hurt it by hiding any and all evidence in a number of my cases brought for the past 3-4 years, while posting daily the same garbage, the same announcement that Arpaio is about to provide earth-shaking evidence, which never materialized and so far Arpaio and Zullo only confirmed what was given to them by me and others and refused to submit to the DA and Congress an official complaint?

According to Mr Dougt Vogt, the information in the sealed affidavit was leaked by someone at the judicial system.
Mr Hays ‘s affidavit is kept “secret” in the teem Arpaio hands.
Secret document (sealed) is worth a lot and might motivate the forgers, liars to come forward.
What will happen to Michelle, her mother and brother?
The illegal aunt & illegal uncle? The lawyers, judges who have been part of the biggest history of this Nation?
