Re: Your Freedom of Information Act Request to the Federal Election Commission (2016-45)
Dear Dr. Taitz:
This email is in response to request you filed for information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) received by the Federal Election Commission’s (FEC) FOIA Requester Service Center on March 28, 2016. Specifically, you requested:
(1) [A]ny and all documentation of actions taken by the FEC against Keep the Promise 1 and the campaigns of Ted Cruz and Carly Fiorina in regards to misappropriation of funds and fraud of donors;
(2) [A]ny and all documentation of actions taken by the FEC against Keep the Promise 1 and the Cruz and Fiorina campaigns for coordinating to improperly divert donations for the purpose of silencing Fiorina concerning the alleged affair between Ted Cruz and Fiorina’s deputy campaign manager, Sara Igor Flores; and
(3) [A]ny and all documentation of impermissible coordination between Keep America Awesome and the Fiorina and Cruz campaigns and comingling of funds.
We have searched the Agency’s records and have found no documents responsive to your request. Therefore, we are denying your FOIA request.
Since your FOIA request letter also alleges potential violations of the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA), a copy of your letter has been forwarded to the FEC’s Office of Complaints Examination and Legal Administration (CELA) within the Office of General Counsel, which conducts the initial processing of complaints filed with the FEC alleging violations of the FECA. If you would like more information about the FEC’s Enforcement process, the Agency’s website includes a “Guidebook for Complainants and Respondents on the FEC Enforcement Process,” available at:https://www.fec.gov/em/respondent_guide.pdf.
You may appeal any adverse FOIA determination. Any such appeal must be filed in writing and should follow the guidelines set forth in 11 C.F.R. § 4.8. If you have any questions, please contact the FOIA Requester Service Center at FOIA@fec.gov, or (202) 694-1650. Thank you for contacting the FEC.
Sincerely,
Katie A. Higginbothom

Well…if they didn’t have any knowledge of this $$ transaction, then, why wouldn’t they just state they don’t have any info on this?
But they responded by saying: “…we deny your request…!”
Why would they say this, if they didn’t have any info? Wouldn’t they respond by just stating that they had no knowledge of anything?
Their response is as strange as Cruz is!

By saying: “…we deny your request…!” is their way of saying of course we know why but no we aren’t going to tell you because you are an American and you need to get used to this not being your home anymore. USA is being sold off little by little. It probably is to late to save this country. Roadblocks at every turn.

Hi Orly,
It’s been a few years since I’ve posted here. Are you game for connecting dots in an aggregate of highly informative pages?
If you are, please begin at the Politico page I’ve referenced below. And note it was published in JULY of 2015.
I’ve added some upper-casing to these excerpts.
• This is from the top (1st) article:
>>>Ted Cruz’s presidential effort is working closely with a little-known company owned by one of his biggest donors that uses nontraditional “psychographic” ANALYSES OF VOTERS to try to win them over with narrowly targeted micro-messages . . . .
The company, CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA, has sent staff to Cruz’s campaign headquarters in Houston to help set up an INTENSIVE DATA ANALYSIS operation.
. . . .
. . . . The Mercers this year provided the lion’s share by a quartet of UNLIMITED-money super PACs supporting Cruz’s campaign . . . .
It’s NOT UNCOMMON for political campaigns, parties and PACs to pay huge contracts for data and other services . . . .<<>>With their investment in Cambridge Analytica — and the Cruz campaign’s embrace of their product . . . .
. . . .
Federal Election Commission filings show that nearly 93 percent of the $2.6 million Cambridge Analytica has received in traceable federal payments has come from committees to which the Mercers donated generously. The payments — which all . . . were for polling, micro-targeting, advertising and other services — came from Cruz’s leadership PAC and a handful of GOP-aligned big-money organizations . . . .<<>>. . . . “It was the MOST cost-effective, efficient way to reach VOTERS. . . .”
. . . five categories of potential voters, including “soccer mom” and “working dads,” . . . targeted voters based on which category they fell in. The firm’s “core offering,” . . . “combines advanced data analytics and the creation of a psychographic framework to help you gain increased insight into your TARGET VOTER groups.”<<>>. . . in 2014 on key Senate races . . . Bolton’s super PAC appealed “directly to the personality traits, priority issues and demographics of specific groups” that “had a real impact in sending Thom Tillis to the US Senate.”
. . . .
Some of Cambridge Analytica’s employees already appear to be have been dispatched to work on Cruz’s campaign. One described himself on a social media page as a systems administrator for SCL Elections . . . .
. . . Cambridge Analytica’s market share in . . . Washington-based CONSERVATIVE outside groups, offering a data service that TARGETS individual VOTERS based on a “psychographic score” of personality traits.
. . . .
The company is one of 10 startups set to participate this month in the Reboot Conference — a major political technology event — in San Francisco. Conference organizers included Cambridge Analytica among participants they consider “up and coming companies with technology not to be missed.”<<>>QUESTION: Cruz hired Cambridge Analytica for psychometric data mining and paid them $750,000. Cruz’s Keep the Promise I ($11 million PAC, June) was funded mostly by donor, Robert Mercer, owner of Cambridge Analytica. It was Cruz’s Keep the Promise I PAC that gave Carly Fiorina $500,000. Did Cruz PAC give Carly $500,000 to help his data mining agenda with Cambridge Analytica which creates psychometric dossiers on American citizens? Cruz Partners with Donors ‘Psychographic’ Firm.
Carly KNOWS NSA data collection to a “T.” She was chairman of the CIA’s advisory board helping the NSA to develop privacy invading spy networks on American citizens after 9/11. Hewlett Packard was the private business that supplied the government with the spy hardware and software. Carly knows everything.<<>>The records show that ONE individual has been paid directly by all THREE entities — the campaign and both super PACs, Unlocking Potential and CARLY for America. SARAH ISGUR FLORES received a one-time payroll check of $3,582 from Unlocking Potential, which she joined in February 2015 after leaving the Republican National Committee. Two months later, she was paid $48,375 by CARLY for America, the super PAC. And one week after that, FLORES received an in-kind payment of $2,700 from the Fiorina campaign and then began receiving biweekly payroll checks of $4,052 as the deputy director of Fiorina’s campaign, Sadler’s number two.<<<

If you continue connecting dots, Orly, the dots might lead you to Republicans conniving to SABOTAGE Ted Cruz's campaign.
Your yeoman efforts to out Obama have been because your quest is defending, protecting, and preserving the United States Constitution.
Defending, protecting, and preserving the United States Constitution is EXACTLY Ted Cruz's quest.
To reach . . . the unreachable star . . .
And, if Donald Trump and Ted Cruz JOIN FORCES, their respective delegate counts will total enough to put the screws to the RNC.
Cheers,
Anonymouse
