   If Obama aka Barry Soetoro illegal alien criminal fraud usurper of POTUS makes it to Hawaii, lets hope the SEALS and SS and cops etc are faithful to their Oath to support and defend the Constitution for the united States of America against all enemies foreign and domestic, in this case Barack H. Obama II aka Barry Soetoro, and take him down fast and hard to jail in federal prison at Honolulu Airport to await trial on sooooo many felonies including TREASON and MURDER. Look at security set up for Obama that could so easily turn into a trap for arresting the criminal Obama for trial: Black SUVs and government issued vans are parked along the street fronting homes now occupied by the U.S. Secret Service, Navy Seals and Coast Guard, concrete blockades and security will bar direct entrance to Kailuana Place where the Obama criminal stays. Coast Guard on armed boats will patrol the canal and ocean. All airlines will be barred from flying over the island. GREAT ! Now all you good LEO’s and the local SWATs do your duty to arrest the number 1 threat to USA and all Natural Born American Citizens. Do it, or you are all proven to be complicit with ObamaCrimes against the Constitution for the united States of America. If Obama aka Soetoro makes it to Hawaii, he must be imprisoned and stay here in federal custody for 10-yrs until he is deported by I.C.E. back to the land of his birth in Kenya or his citizenship land of Indonesia with his real name Barry Soetoro, the communist community organizer of enemies against U.S.A.

   This is the official Obama Legacy, Agenda, Strategy, Policy & Protocal:

   Delay court cases re: Obama until everyone concerned, including half the population, dies of old age.

   By then the 150th consecutive goverment attorney will call for dismissal due to irrelevancy.

    Did they submit the criminal evidence to the attorney general? And the state can’t afford more competant attorney’s than this? It would be different if the perpitrator was in jail, instead of committing further crimes, but since law enforcement is conspiring in this fraud, the law doesn’t matter.
    Maybe congress would be a better target. They’ve had the “sheriff’s kit for two weeks now, and still no action, this appears to be obstruction of justice, dereliction of duty, aiding and abbetting, conspiracy to commit fraud, and other high crimes. In fact, the whole congress is conspiring to commit crimes, for failure to act in a timely manner.

    the government is having trouble putting behind the scenes pressure on these judges- one must be resisting there efforts to conceal the truth from America (again) I pray for just one honest judge in America who cant be bought-

    Because they are ALL running out of options as to what COVER-UP pocedurs/scandals they will come up again.     They noted that I requested to transfer the evidence to the criminal department, but there is no proof any evidence was actually transferred to the criminal division

    Orly can’t tell them “HELL NO”. It was noted that she objected but any normal attorney would have said go ahead. Instead, Orly looks like an asshat and the court granted the extension of time. But don’t ever expect Orly to tell you that.
