FBI is hanging up the phone or not responding to specific media requests, whether there is an active FBI investigation/inquiry into Clinton foundation. Director Comey is therefor requested to conduct a press conference today and clarify the matter to the candidates, to the media and public at large
In the past two days writer and author of “Clinton Cash”, Peter Schweitzer appeared repeatedly on National TV and Radio and stated that he was repeatedly interviewed by the FBI in relation to the FBI inquiry/Investigation into public corruption in relation to Clinton foundation. Schweitzer stated that the FBI was specifically interested in the issues of possible bribery in specific instances where Hillary Clinton authorized a purchase of shares of US Uranium mines by a Russian subsidiary, whereby Hillary Clinton signed on the deal as the Secretary of State, while at the same time Bill Clinton received from a Russian bank half a million dollars for one lecture and millions more were given by Uranium 1 at the same time to the Clinton foundation. Another specific matter related to Clinton facilitating projects and gold mine concessions in Haiti for donors to the Clinton foundation.
Clinton campaign accused Peter Schweitzer and FBI agents, who reported of this matter of lying in order to sway the election. Hillary Clinton went public and demands from the Director of the FBI, James Comey, to provide clarification as to what specifically was found in Anthony Weiner’s computer and in relation to Clinton foundation investigation/inquiry.
Attorney Orly Taitz, President of the Defend Our Freedoms Foundation, called the FBI media line at 202-234-3000. She explained that she seeks a clarification into Clinton foundation investigation in light of the testimony by Journalist Peter Schweitzer. The operator hang up on her. Taitz called again and demanded information. The operator claimed that he did not hang up on her and stated that she needs to call her local offices. He gave her a number of LA and San Diego FBI offices. Taitz called Los Angeles office at 310-477-6565. Nobody answered at that number. Taitz called the San Diego office at 858-320 1800. Nobody answered. Taitz left a message for agent Davena Butler. (there was also an e-mail address provided Davena.Butler@ic.FBI.gov)
Due to the fact that proper channels in the FBI do not respond, Taitz is calling on James Comey, Director of the FBI, to call a press conference today and advise the public whether the FBI agents and Journalist, Peter Schweitzer, are telling the truth and whether there is now an active FBI inquiry/investigation into the Clinton foundation. Additionally, Comey needs to respond to Ms. Clinton’s demand for clarification as to what was found in the computer owned by former Congressman Anthony Weiner and his wife, Huma Abedin, former Deputy Chief of staff for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Thirdly, Taitz is seeking information regarding John Podesta, Chairman of Clinton campaign and a long time aide to Ms. Clinton. Mr. Podesta purchased 75,000 shares of Uranium-1, a Russian subsidiary, which obtained Clinton’s authorization for purchase of shares of the US Uranium mines. Further, there is evidence of Podesta transferring those shares to his daughter. Taitz is seeking a clarification from Mr. Comey on whether there is an FBI inquiry/investigation into possible insider trading of Uranium 1(UUU) shares by Mr. Podesta and whether he received a tip from Ms. Clinton on upcoming authorization of purchase of shares by Uranium 1 and whether there was an attempt to cover up insider trading by a transfer of the aforementioned shares to Podesta’s daughter.

Isn’t illegal for the FBI to release the information they are investigating before the investigation is over? Hillary may be trying to get them to announce something that could get it thrown out of court if it is illegal to release specific information during an investigation.
