HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH DEFAULT??
September 17th, 2013 @ 11:56 am
What now? How can they be made to comply with the law? Shouldn’t their failure to comply be a crime? Can a warrant be sworn out for their arrest? No one should be above the law.

Here goes the brats again..
Delay delay ..at the last minute.
Noninfidels..

So the old adage, “ignore the problem and it will go away” is being used??
The only thing these people understand is if THEY lose their jobs and benefits for failure to comply. Is there any way to make these people personally liable for a criminal or civil suit?
I would think these people will throw Obama under the bus in a heartbeat if the Sheriff comes knocking at their home addresses with a subpoena or criminal complaint and they are personally liable.

Dr. Taitz,
My understanding is that the Supreme Court is not the highest in the country but the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania (4a Pa.C.S.A. 502) is higher. Perhaps you can get some help from that side.

Dr. Taitz,
I got it from a web site called SCRIBD. They have a page called (a pratical guide to free energy devices. On this there is a (chapter 15: You are being deceived.) In this chapter it talkes about the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Maybe its BS, but this is what I read. Is there any truth in it?

The article claims that Pennsylvania is the keystone state.

Hi,
I do not claim to be any kind of expert in these matters and I generally quote other people who have spent years investigating each topic. For information of the type which you seek, you are probably best off doing extensive research on the web. For example, Wikipedia (which is not a source on which I would ever be inclined to rely) states:
“Predating the United States Supreme Court by 67 years, Pennsylvania’s highest court was established by the General Assembly on May 22, 1722. Interpreting the Pennsylvania Constitution, it was the first independent Supreme Court in the United States with the power to declare laws made by an elected legislative body unconstitutional.”
However, you need to understand that present “governments” and “institutions” are based on the ignorance of the majority of people and bolstered by continuous false statements by the main media and films all of which are deliberately designed to create the mental image that governments are right and have the power, that people in a democracy elect officials to represent them, that police have unquestioned authority, that de facto courts have relevance and that everybody must pay all taxes imposed on them (without their consent). This corrupt and oppressive system is imposed on people world-wide by sheer force and intimidation and right and wrong just do not come into play at all. The lie is sold by constant repetition and is unwittingly taught by parents to their children because the parents have been completely fooled by the lies, as have their parents before them.
The police, courts, governments, local authorities generally don’t bother with the law in any shape or form and just use violence to impose their will on the general public, robbing them blind while persuading them that it is their “duty” to submit to this abuse.
Good luck with your research,
Patrick

Dr. Taitz,
You are right. Sorry to have disturbed you. Looks as if the writer was distrubiting BS.
Sorry.
