President Trump has nearly half a century of experience in hiring good people, the media needs to stop hounding him and let him take his time in hiring good people for his cabinet

Since Donald Trump was elected as the 45th president, the media relentlessly attacked him claiming that his transition team is in turmoil.
Firstly, let me remind you that Barack Obama did not make his first appointment until three weeks after the inauguration. Trump has nine weeks to inauguration, so we are still 12 weeks away from the point when Obama started making appointments.
Furthermore, Barack Obama never ran a business and never hired employees.
Donald Trump has nearly half a century of experience of hiring tens of thousands of people and building an enormously successful business.
Trump hired people of both genders, all races, all ethnic backgrounds and religions. His main requirement was excellence in the given field. Trump was among the first employers to hire women to top positions in the construction industry when it was unheard of. Louise Sunshine and Barbara Rez were the first female executives in multi-million dollar projects, such as 56 story Trump tower.
Furthermore, Trump has shown that he is able to rise above any differences to get the job done.
Just recently Trump extended the olive branch to former foes, Ted Cruz and Nikki Hailey, and interviewed them for possible positions in Trump administration.
We are seeing that Trump is casting a wide net. Previous administrations hired mostly senators and governors for top positions in their administrations. Trump is going further.
For example, he recruited to his transition team Secretary of State of Kansas, Chris Kobach. This is a great out of the box addition to the team, as Kobach is a Harvard and Yale Law school graduate with a PhD from Oxford to boot and he developed programs and authored bills to fight illegal immigration and create voter security, fight voter fraud and election rigging. Kobach would be a great addition to either DOJ or DHS.
Reportedly, Trump is considering a number of women for top positions with the administration. Among them are reportedly former Governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin, former Governor of Arizona, Jan Brewer, former two time congresswoman and current Governor of Oklahoma, Mary Falin, Attorney General of Florida, Pam Bondi, current Governor of South Carolina, Nikki Hailey and others.
Trump is reportedly considering African American candidates for positions, such as Neurosurgeon, Ben Carson, and Sheriff Clarke of Milwaukee.
Further, there are Jewish candidates for positions, such as current finance chair of Trump campaign, Steve Mnuchin, and wall street titan, Carl Icahn.
Based on all indications, Trump administration will be diverse and, most importantly, will be populated with the most able candidates. So, it is time for our “main stream” media to back of, give President Trump some space to hire the best people to make America prosperous again, to make America secure again and to make America great again!

Dear Orly! Judging by the tone and direction of your report, it looks as though it were written for some liberasts of Huff post or similar rather than for a conservative audience like yours.
1) Who cares about “diversity”=perversity? About number of women, or other types of “minorities” (legitimate or not) in a new Trump administration?!
2) Moreover, what is that vague idea “to hire whoever in order that the job be done”?! The “job” in this case is to cleanse the swamp of the current (illegal and corrupted) Federal government, to turn the course of this falling nation, to return to the former greatness.
Is it reasonable to hire or even consider for this job some people with “differences” so significant as being guilty in crimes and treason of these passing 8 years?!
3) What is good in considering a crook Cruz – a “stalwart” of the Constitution which grossly violated it and obfuscated people about it?!
What is good in considering Jan Brewer – the witch which vetoed the Arizona bill on vetting the candidates in 2011 thus shielding the impostor from any scrutiny also in 2012?! This witch alone has change the course of history for even worse.
What is good in considering Sarah Palin which refused to address the ineligibility of her opponent while having the best possible “standing” (in the system of crippled justice of this fallen nation)?!

Wow! Well, Trump does need time to examine all the applicants.
One should not make an appointment to a position for which needs excellence!
But Cruz? This guy probably isn’t even a citizen???
This is not to say I find anything wrong with what you wrote, Orly, or have said or done for the past 8-years!

I do know Cruz was not qualified to run as Senator.
3 Eligibility Requirements in the Constitution:
– One must be at least 30 years old before being sworn into office.
– One must inhabit the state they want to represent.
– One must have U.S. citizenship for 9 years prior to running for Senate.
Dual citizenship is NOT allowed. He renounced his Canadian citizenship May 14, 2014. He assumed senatorial office on January 3, 2013.
Either we abide by our Constitution or it’s over. We’ve had enough of obama shredding the Founding Documents of the United States over the past 8 years.
