POTUS bring your BC to SCOTUS

What bothers me more is that the Obama administration has posted several documents of Obama’s BC on the Internet for the public to see them. That should NOT be acceptable because of the possible fraud or forgery. We should demand to the SCOTUS to force Obama to release the sealed documents and bring them himself to the court. If he still refuses to bring the original documents to the court, SCOTUS will have to remove him from the POTUS, considering him as a fraud, treason, etc.
This would save our time from trying to find the original documents.

Even if he actually has the documents, he still can’t be POTUS because of his dual citizenship from his father who was not a US citizen.

    A better idea would be to change the law in Hawaii to make the birth records of a president public documents, which anyone can see and have copied and sent to them for a small fee.

    The reason is that Obama may not have the original birth certificate, which many people lose, and so he can only show what Hawaii sends him. Hawaii sends out only the Certification of Live Birth to everyone. So, just like anyone, Obama can only show to a court what Hawaii sent him.

    So, where can we get the original birth certificate for sure? From the Department of Health of Hawaii, which says that it has confirmed that it has an original birth certificate on file. But, since Hawaii sends out only the certification, we have to change that law. That should not be too hard to do with a Republican governor, Linda Lingle, and with a Democratic legislature that probably would go along with the legislation. Why should it oppose it? It knows that the original birth certificate shows that Obama was born in Hawaii.

    Upon request I received my complete hospital records and information pertaining to my birth certificate from the hospital that I was born in.

    The records not only listed the day and time of birth, weight, length, it showed my mothers address, phone number, medical entries for me, etc. Every possible question I would have ever asked was on the papers forwarded to me.

    Sorry, I don’t want documents that have been passed to BHO first and then delivered. The said documents must be provided directly from the source to the court, better yet the court should send a representative to the location of such documents to receive them for verification.

    I say “For Verification,” because there is always the chance of documents being tampered with at the source.

    No documents should pass through BHO or his representatives.

    Never have I seen documents, information, etc. of anyone, let alone a public official not leaked, not one bit of information has ever been leaked on BHO, nothing. This may be a evidence that there are actually no documents to leak. People may also have been warned and threatened with harsh criminal prosecution, but this has never stopped people in the past, there are a thousand ways to look at this.

    If Obozzo has the authority to keep all his records from being released he certainly would have the authority to get the long version of his birth certificate. No one knows where he was born, no one knows what aid he received (foreign?) to attend college, no one knows much about this individual at all. He has put all records under lock and seal which to me is incredibly suspicious. He works for the american people and the american people demand to see his legal documents, if they exist. Now go back and drink your kool-aid. We the People are not giving up without a fight. THANK YOU ORLY.

    ——–Why, indeed? Hawaii is a welfare state that is eager to claim anyone – no matter how suspicious their origins – as Hawaiian citizens in order to boost their welfare numbers. This is for the purpose of garnering more $$ from the Feds for welfare (the amount they get is based on population numbers). So…it has been speculated that Hawaii allowed and continues to allow many illegal aliens – which included Obama – to claim Hawaiian birthright for the purpose of committing fraud against the Feds. It has been further speculated that, despite the fact Gov. Lingle is a Republican, she has been complicit in welfare fraud. If this is all true, the chances are very slim that the Gov. and the Dem legislature will allow legislative changes that would effectively reveal their fraudulent activities.

    Since he has never produced the proper documents charges should immediately filed, he should be taken into custody, then it will be up to him to produce the evidence to the contrary. Since he cannot and will not, he should be listed as an enemy combatant attempting to usurp the government of this country and sent to Gitmo.
