Defenders of the Constitution,
Please support the 7 States and their efforts to up hold our constitution.
Also please support ” The Presidential Eligibility Act”. H.R.1503 bill on the federal level.
We can ask our congressmen to support these efforts and work together to get them passed.

It is quite amusing to watch you and your lack of any knowledge in the constitution when you claim to be a constitutional attorney. And by the way, which is it? Are you a constitutional or civil right attorney? It seems you have claimed to be both but it is rare to have an attorney that specializes in both.
You do realize that any state that passes such a law will not be able to enforce it, don’t you? A certified birth-certificate, such as the COLB provided to President Obama by the State of Hawai’i must be taken as proof of birth in the United States because of that well known clause in the constitution named the Full Faith and Credit Clause.

COLB is not the original Birth certificate, it does not provide any corroborating evidence of his birth in HI and will not be accepted instead of the certified copy of the original BC under full faith and Credit clause as it applies to sister state.
Good try, though, but it will not fly. Tell you boss to pack his bags.
