As you may know, former Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack has now stated publicly that ‘Obama’s WH-posted Certificate of Birth is a Fake, a Fraud, a Forgery, and a Lie! (recorded in D.C. on Nov. 19, 2013, in front of the White House in this 30 second video):

As you may also know, the elected Sheriff of each of the over 3,000 Counties in the U.S. has the sworn duty to uphold and defend the Constitutionally guaranteed rights of all the citizens within his/her jurisdiction, and that would include the right to a fair and constitutional vote at the polls during each election.
When an ineligible, unconstitutional, and fraudulent name is placed on the ballot (e.g. Obama/Soetoro/AKA??? in 2008 and 2012), that Constitutionally guaranteed right of each and every citizen within that Sheriff’s jurisdiction has been violated, a crime has been committed, and the Sheriff has the ultimate authority, responsibility, and duty to do something about it.
On Thursday, December 5, 2013, Sheriff Mack begins broadcasting on BlogTalkRadio in a Round Table Discussion with a number of other Constitutional Sheriffs – who are also aware that the Obama administration itself is a Fake, a Fraud, a Forgery, and a Lie!

I will be listening in and calling in with some of my suggestions (like the one below that I sent in to Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his investigative Posse-man, Mike Zullo – all to be ignored) of actions that each and every Sheriff can take to remove the Fake, Fraud, Forgery, and Lie from our White House:
A timely course of action would be for the County Sheriff to call for and assemble a Citizens Common Law Grand Jury, to weigh the evidence of crimes being perpetrated against them by elected and appointed officers, officials, and other public service personnel. (e.g. criminally failing to provide the Citizens with a fair, legitimate, and Constitutionally guaranteed vote).
Should a True Bill (Presentment/Indictment) ensue, a Citizens Court Trial by Jury could then be impaneled, evidence presented for deliberation by the jury, verdicts could be reached, warrants issued, and punishments ruled and ordered. (Pastor James David Manning has set an example for this in May, 2010:www.CRS-Reports.org).
Here is the process:
1. After findings of ‘just cause’ that crimes have been committed:
a. Obama published a forged and fraudulent document – in order to obtain and/or maintain employment with the U.S. Government: Mispersonization of Identity; Forgery; Treason; etc.;
b. Federal U.S. Senators for your State knowingly aided and abetted in the cover-up of these crimes: Obstruction of Justice; Misprision of Treason, etc.;
c. Secretary of State refused to remove an un-vetted, fraudulent, and proven-to-be constitutionally ineligible candidate’s name from the ballot: Voter fraud; Obstruction of Justice; Misprision of Treason, etc.;
2. Sheriff uses the legal elements of his deputized Posse members – to help form a 5th Amendment Citizens Common Law Grand Jury, in order that they might hear and deliberate on the charges, and issue ‘True Bill’ PRESENTMENTS/INDICTMENTS should they find just cause for holding a Citizen’s Court Trial by Jury.
3. Sheriff uses the legal elements of his deputized Posse members – to help form a 7th and 10th Amendment Citizens Court Trial by Jury: powers (abdicated by the Federal or State judiciary) are retained by the people.
4. Sheriff issues a Warrant for the Arrest of the aforementioned individuals, should they enter his County of Jurisdiction. (Perhaps even call for their extradition).
5. Sheriff forms a Posse to assist in the apprehension of the individuals so charged (whenever they enter the County).
6. Sheriff deputizes the entire citizenry of his County – to be the eyes and the ears of his deputies, to assist in the apprehension of the individuals so charged.
This may not result in the swift removal of the Imposter in the White House, but you can be sure that the indicted and convicted officials will begin the steps necessary for the impeachment process to begin so that the citizens of the Nation can discover the Fake, the Fraud, the Forgery, and the Lie that occupies the Office of POTUS and Commander in Chief.

It is an act of TREASON for an unknown entity to usurp the Office of President of the United States using proven-to-be forged ID’s (Certificate of Birth & Selective Service Registration) and a self-published SS# 042-68-4425 that fails the government’s own E-Verify and SS# Verification systems for employment in the United States.

The Provost Marshal General of the US Army should arrest Obama immediately for impersonation of the Commander-in-Chief of the US Armed Forces if he has any intention of following his military oath to defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic and doing his job which is to investigate crimes and arrest criminals in the US military. I would be interested to know if any evidence has been presented to the US Provost Marshal General and if so, what was his or her response??? FYI: The US Provost Marshal General reports directly to the Chief of Staff of the US Army at the Pentagon.

Please read carefully, as I said nothing about going to the DA. All levels of the judiciary are compromised, and are no longer part of the equation. Here it is again:

The Sheriff must work with the people, not the elected officials who are all compromised and have refused to do their duty and uphold their oaths.
I tried to get on the show and was the first one to be called on, but they wanted to talk to Sheriffs first. They never let me back in the queue.
On the show, some of the callers touched on the idea of prosecuting people for allowing the imposter to be on the ballot and to occupy the Office illegally … but they never followed up with the ‘people’s solution’ I have been recommending above – to include directly and personally to Mike Zullo, all to no avail.
