   Don’t know if this is what you need…saw it somewhere and put into favorites…notice the statement below item #12…it states that it is a copy of what they have on file….not the long form just the certificate of live birth…play on words,that is all.

   That verification is worth nothing because it is signed with the same signature seen on the long-form BC posted by White House. If the guy signed a forged document, he was willing to sign a second forged document. If you guys don’t find a way to report this and expect Obama to show ORIGINAL, he is going to gain a lot of positive points from this.

   There is 100% NO ORIGINAL, 100% NO VALID, 100% NO LEGAL, 100% NO CERTIFIED & 100% NO AUTHENTICATED Hawaii hospital-generated long-form birth certificate on file in the Hawaii Dept of Health, or in any Hawaii government office file anywhere for the person who is calling himself by the name of Barack Hussein Obama II and by the title of president and commander-in-chief of the United States of America, because a 100% ORIGINAL, VALID, LEGAL CERTIFIED AND AUTHENTICATED Hawaii hospital-generated long-form birth certificate for the man calling himselb by the name of Barack Hussein Obama II DOES NOT EXIST – and it is not on file in Hawaii. What is on file in Hawaii is an inserted face forgery stating his birth in Hwaii using the same birth certificate number as the little girl Virginia who died.

   To prove this, there is NO MICROFICHE copy of the so-called “Hawaii hospital-generated long-form birth certificate” for the person who is calling himself by the name of Barack Hussein Obama II that will be found in any MICROFICHE Hawaii Dept of Health birth records in Hawaii for him.

   Hawaii’s MICROFICHE files are tampered with to coverpup the long-from birth certificate number Soebarkah alias BHO II stole is the number of the female baby Virginia
   . You are within inches of proving the above from Hawaii. The Hawaii Dept of Health MUST be cracked and they will be brought down as twill the man who is a current legal 100%

   It was: Mrs. Verna K. L. Lee

   The May 22, 2012 Hawaii “Verification of Birth”, signed by Hawaii State Registrar Alvin T. Onaka, Ph.D., includes the following statement:

   “I verify that the information in the copy of the Certificate of Live Birth for Mr. Obama that you attached with your request matches the original record in our file”

   I have not seen the letter, but the name on the written verification was, Alvin T. Onaka, Ph.D.

   Verna K. L. Lee was the local registrar for the same hospital in which Virginia Sunahara was born. Think about it.

   DIFFERENT LOCAL REGISTRARS

   Aside from the fact that Obama’s ‘Certificate of Live Birth’ Registration released by the Hawaiian Department of Health appears to be affixed with a signature which appears to play on the Hawaiian word, “UKULELE” (U.K.L. Lee), it is also represented by different local registrar than is shown on the Nordyke’s Hospital version of the Certificate of Live Birth. A different local registrar worked in each of the four branch offices in which births were registered in Hawaii. Obama’s birth was registered in an office which is not the office use by Kapi’olani to register births occurring in its facility.

   The name of a local registrar is not associated with other birth certificates for births which actually occurred at Kapi’olani and which were attested by physicians who actually delivered those births. This registrar worked in a branch office not used by Kapi’olani to register births. This is why Obama’s birth registration number is out of sequence with other births at the same time as his.
