Bio Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ

Dr. Taitz  is well known around the country as an attorney who brought  to public view a number of legal challenges dealing with violations of constitutional and civil rights of the U.S. citizens.

Dr. Taitz has two doctors degrees. She is a doctor of Jurisprudence and a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Taitz is the President of Defend Our Freedoms Foundation and Editor of the OrlyTaitzEsq.com blog, where she writes prolifically on the issues of Constitutional law, politics, economy, constitutional education of our youth. In 2010 she received an award “Freedom Attorney of the Year”. She is admitted to a number of state and federal courts, the Supreme Court of the United States and she is a member of the  International Criminal Court Bar. Dr. Taitz  is married to her husband of 27 years and a mother of 3 sons, ages 25, 23 and 21, who are currently pursuing advanced degrees in IVY league and other top universities.

Taitz was born and raised in the Communist Soviet Union and knows firsthand the bleakness of the totalitarian regime and depravation of the Constitutional rights. She is a candidate on the ballot for the Attorney General of CA and will be the best person to protect the rights of the people of CA and the state of CA.
