I fully and wholeheartedly support the bill. A similar bill should be in place for every ballot in LA where it is also an issue. That way no one can say it is targeting President Obama.

As far as the Administrative Executive order, it can be used as an immediate fix in case HB561 is challenged and not in effect before the 2012 elections.  Every willing state could implement a similar order to address the issue at hand with very little time and effort.

Let me know what I can do to support the bill. Orly Taitz is eager to hear the status of your bill and is more eager to see it implemented as quickly as possible.

Thanks,

Orly: can you explain this next to last paragraph for me…as I need to understand if (all) states can do something, if they can’t get a law passed?

Is this post saying: that if a governor “writes an executive order for a ‘thorough vetting,’ that a law isn’t required, if circumstances keep a state from passing an ‘Eligibility Law’?”

    Please advise. Thanks…
