please, call MD district court 410-962-2600, my new case administrator is Brian Anse, demand that he docket my motion, which he received yesterday by Fedex

Posted on | June 6, 2014 | No Comments

a complimentary copy of the pleadings was sent to the chambers of Judge Hollander.

I called the court today and left a message for Brian Anse, new case administrator (not sure what happened to the old case administrator) that the pleadings were received yesterday morning and 10:21 am and were signed by A. Moan but were not docketed,  I requested to docket today my motion in case 13-1878, judge Hollander.

I also advised Karen, assistant to Judge Hollander that the pleadings were not docketed since yesterday morning, that there is a history of someone in clerk’s office either not docketing the pleadings and/or removing pleadings from the docket. Karen stated that she will contact the case administrator Brian Anse to find out what happened, why he didn’t docket the motion.
