Since my training is from the technical world, I’m not familiar with the legal basis for using state court case to have bearing on a federal issue. Is it legally acceptable for a state such as Indiana or Georgia to cite Ankeny vs Governor (which I understand to be a state court case) and apply it to a question regarding a class of Citizenship? Citizenship, whether it be Naturalized or Natural Born is granted at the Federal Level. How can a state use a state court case to define a class of citizenship granted at the Federal level? If this is legally allowable, we could have 50 different definitions of a Natural Born Citizen. Shouldn’t one reason that the state courts do not have standing to determine the definition?

Don. If the state gets it wrong it can be appealed to the Supreme Court since it does involve an issue from the federal constitution.

i caan’t go from the commission hearing to the Supreme Court. I need to go to thecircuit court first and you know it.
actually, we are more likely to find an honest judge in a circuit court somewhere, than in higher courts. Typically higher courts are extremely corrupt
