Pamela Barnett filed order to show cause in Barnett v Damon Dunn, Sec of State Debra Bowen, Atty Gen Jerry Brown(currently dem candidate for gov of CA) and others

After much debate over several attempts to file my OTSC, it was filed this afternoon a little after 4pm.
 
It was a huger amount of work… Now just pray that the judge will set a trial date and act justly in his actions and rulings.

Pamela’s action states that Dunn was certified as a candidate by fraud. He didn’t disclose on his voter registration card the fact that he registered in two other states TX and Fl, and that he registered as a democrat. Complaints were filed with the Secretary of State Debra Bowen (Democrat) and Attorney General Brown (democrat, currently Democrat candidate for gove of CA) and they have chosen to do nothing, clearly looking to keep a life long Democrat Damon Dunn running as a Republican candidate for Secretary of State of CA

    For clarification, I filed a criminal complaint with AG Brown against Bowen before I knew of all of the fraud around Dunn. My complaint against Bowen was regarding her failure to investigate Obama’s forged certifications of live birth that were posted on the internet… My complaint against AG Brown is brought into play because it is a pattern of behavior to defraud the California electorate.
