How the U.S. helped imprisoned Cuban spy impregnate his wife

Gerardo Hernandez, one of three Cuban spies released from federal prison last week, returned home before the birth of his child. U.S. officials helped orchestrate his wife’s artificial insemination while Hernandez was still behind bars.
