    If I were this CBP agent, I would spill my guts about the whole thing, he must know more information on them or they wouldn’t have threatened him with a warning letter.

    I am sure that the judge will be willing to talk to these four CBP officers if it takes a court order to do so. And that order was his subpena to appear in his court room, Their boss has no leg to stand on when they go to court and spill the beans.

    Orly, since I don’t know about this, let me ask:…

    Can a subpoena from a judge overrule the DOJ, which would allow the border patrol to testify and (NOT) get fired?

    Or can the judge do something to see to it that no border patrol men will get fired, if they testify?

    Davey, the DOJ is supposed to encourage witnesses to come forward to testify in order to get all the facts out there for the Judge to see. The problem is Comrade Holder is acting as cover up man for Hussein so he is threatening witnesses in order to suppress the truth. The DOJ is a criminal operation that should not be allowed in on these proceedings. This is where we’re at today! It’s beyond insanity!!

    BTW, Judicial Watch has encovered evidence now that the IRS was passing around a “Hit List” of Conservative donors to put out hit pieces on. Just more proof of the fact that the DOJ is trying to cover up the IRS scandal for Hussein and a watchdog group is uncovering all the evidence. It’s mind blowing!
