What is he doing here?     he is a citizen of Libya, a foreign national, and he is seen on the security camera pouring gasoline on the stairs. In my opinion this judge needs to be removed from the bench. His decision endangers the public at large

According to people who know Masmari, it’s not believed he had anything against gay people, but that he was allegedly emotionally disturbed in the lead-up to the attack.
