I came across this on the net. Can’t remember whos site it is from. Obama’s COLB was never accepted by the Hawaii Registrar! It’s only been “filed” but never “accepted.” If it hasn’t been accepted, it’s not certified or official according to the State of Hawaii. Notice the lower left hand corner for wording “filed” or “accepted.” Side by side comparison of two officially certified “Accepted” Hawaiian COLB’s with Obama’s unofficial “filed.” Zoom of lower left corner to compare “Accepted” vs. “Filed” wording. Here is the Hawaii statutes on the “FILED” and “ACCEPTED” on the COLB: Both 11-1-4(d) and 11-1-28> https://hawaii.gov/health/about/rules/prac_proc.pdf The statute specifically states that the date of filing is the date that a document is “RECEIVED” at the DoH office. O’s information was received or “FILED” on Aug. 8, 1961. It was never “ACCEPTED” by the Registrar….Obama’s COLB is still being “MAINTAINED” awaiting acceptance by the Hawaii State Registrar. |

I wrote and posted that a few key places around the web about a month ago. It’s based on analysis done by The Israelinsider.com and later expanded upon by Miss Tickly.
No doubt Barry is a fraud, and the COLB’s are meaningless. The value of this knowledge is limited at this point, because the State of Hawaii is in on the fraud.
Leo Donofrio at naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com is working on a lawsuit to force the Hawaii to open up. We’ll see.
Never give up!

There have been quite a few articles about this on “FreeRepublic” blog, but I have found nothing to prove what the terms really mean-just a lot of guess work.

I think I remember reading that on Leo Donofrio’s blog a few weeks ago…

I e-mailed the Hawaii Department of Health which gives out birth Certificates and asked them what the difference was between a “filed” and an “accepted” one about two weeks ago. No answer so far.

Orly,
I am surprized you have not read this already! Miss Tickly, aka TerriK, has a web-site about it.
Please go to misstickly.wordpress.com, then scrowl down to her very first article. It is amazing!
MissTickly was the first to discovery Hawaii’s FOIA laws called the UIPA. Leo Donofrio is working hard to force Hawaii to obey their own public records laws. Please read about it. I am sure it will help your efforts. I am sure you are aware of his web-site… naturalborncitizen.

fyi . . . Orly is well aware of this. I spoke with her about it briefly about a month ago and she already knew about it then.
