   This link takes me to infowars.com. I do not find the article on Drudge. I am glad to see, infowars finally put the name “Orly Taitz” on their site–might be the first time.

   I am pessimistic about the outcome. I believe that there will be an appeal and the ruling will be overturned. Just f.y.i. the difference betwen an aptimist and a pessimist is that the latter is usually better informed.

   Maybe Obama will be out of office within 30 days?

   It has been 3 years of hard struggle. It would be nice to see this all end soon. I hope that GA will have a Valentine’s gift for America (hopefully, and early gift!)!

   Orly, haven’t seen the story on Drudge yet but it is appearing in other news sources. Currently it’s the leading news item at https://www.obamabirthcertificate.net so Drudge will no doubt report on it soon too.

   It seems logical that the first priority should be the citizenship of Obama’s parents rather than Obama’s. It is irrefutable that his Kenyan father precludes his eligibility for failing to be a natural born citizen, i.e., born in the U.S. to TWO U.S. citizen parents. This is confirmed by a logical reading of the Constitution; the 3rd Congress, “An act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization; and to repeal the act heretofore passed on that subject,” 1/29/1795; 14th Amendment framer Rep. John Bingham; Supreme Court ruling in Minor v. Happersett, 1874. “The Court held that Minor was a member of the “class” of persons who were natural born citizens. They defined this class as those born in the US to “parents” (plural) who were citizens.” This is “binding precedent as to the Constitutional definition of a natural born citizen.” — Leo Donofrio, JD.

   This is especially true given that Obama recently released his purported long form birth certificate. Now we know either his father is Kenyan as listed on his birth certificate or he committed fraud.

   Obama’s own dubious citizenship, while certainly relative to both his eligibility and suitability to serve as president given the anomalies with his birth certificate and social security number, is a secondary issue that is made mute if the court correctly upholds Article 1, Section 2, of the Constitution by agreeing that his foreign father precludes his eligibility. Even the nonbinding Senate Resolution 511 of April 30, 2008 makes this the obvious interpretation.

   Perhaps it should be called FatherGate or ConstitutionGate rather than ObamaForgeryGate, if one must tag gate onto this crucial presidential eligibility issue.

    Click on that, then click on ‘Wed 04’. There you will see that on January 4 — the day Orly posted the above announcement — Drudge DID post, at 18:35:38, the Infowars art titled “Birthers Hail Judge’s Decision That Could ‘Depose’ Obama.”

    Thanks for an unbelievable put up, may read your particular others posts. many thanks for your ideas on this, I felt somewhat strike by this text. Merit again! You make a good moment. Portrays natures best by the great report here. I feel if more people thought of it like this, they’d have got a better time period have the suspend ofing the issue.
