Paul Ryan ObamaCare repeal bill has serious problems.
1.It should not pass quickly and not at all.
2.It is not a free market based solution to health Care. That is it is not a solution without insurance companies administering health Care. The voters for Trump would no longer vote for Trump, if the bill is passed in the present form.
3.Paul Ryan serves insurance companies LOBBY and not the voters.
4.The language of the bill has to be free market language.
5.The insurance plans must not be the central topic of the health care law.
Instead, the central part of the bill should be the expulsion of the term “insurance plan” with the explanation why.
6.The public should have direct access to health Care providers with no insurance companies as intermediaries.
7. The unrestricted competition among health care providers is the only way to the affordable health care.
Some say that pre-existing conditions should require 30% insurance mark up for the service of such a condition.
I do not think that mark up for pre-existing condition is the issue. Instead, the issue is finding a health provider who is capable of providing a cure or relief of that health condition. This is possible due to presence in the society of the info about effectiveness of providers for a variety of health conditions. Health providers normally advertise such information too.
If there are several health providers capable of treating a health condition, it would be possible to choose the less expensive ones.
It is not a question of mark up for the health conditions one wants to address. It is the matter of having choices among large number of health providers.
Example. China, Beijing, 1947. Western Medicine has been available there for decades by that time. Many other health care modalities traditional to China also have been available: Buddhist, Taoist, Chinese Herbal Medicine, massage, qigong, many more.
At this time a woman at a district of Beijing had 3.5 years boy. He became sick with temperature very high, the throat swollen, unable to eat, full of discomfort. The woman was aware of western doctors, but was concerned that their diagnostic methods may rather hurt the boy even if they provide the cure.
The lady did not know whom of the traditional Chinese doctors to choose.
Some of her friends have suggested that the lady contact a monk from the nearby Buddhist Temple, who has healed a number of people locally. There was no restrictions on the health conditions the monk would treat. The Lady got in touch with the monk and scheduled an appointment at the Temple.
She and the boy hired a Riksha to give them a ride to the Temple. The season was Winter They met with the monk at the Temple assembly Hall. The Hall was empty.
The monk directed to place the boy on a chair close to the Northern wall of the Hall. He asked the Lady to sit near the boy on another chair west of the boy a few feet away.
The monk stood facing the boy 30 feet away. He began chanting. After a while he was praying. Than he stood still for a while facing the boy. Then the monk opened his palms towards the boy. The monk stood still for a while. The boy felt dry, cool wind on his face and upper body. He has felt a bit more comfortable. The monk dropped his palms down and stood still for a while. Then he opened the palms again towards the boy. The boy felt again dry cool wind on his face and upper body. The monk has repeated this process one more time. Then he said: ”we are done.” The lady asked “don’t you need more time to complete the healing session?” The monk said “there is no need to do anything else. The boy will feel much better by tomorrow and will become fine. The lady asked “how much do I owe you?” The monk said “Nothing”
This was an example of preexisting acute condition. It was helped by unusually gifted healer without any physical tests, and no discomfort to the patient.
Insurance companies are not able and not interested in creating healing opportunities of this kind. This one happened to be free for the lady and her son.
Does this happen in US too without involvement of insurance companies? Yes, it does. I happened to participate in a qigong seminar six years ago. The seminar has promised us to teach several healing techniques. The first day we had several qigong training techniques. There was a feeling of energy buzzing in many places in my body. Then there was several healing techniques. We all felt even more charged. Then the teacher asked the students to pair up and apply the techniques. We tried.
I was very unsure if the techniques would work. My first trial I stood about 3 feet away from my partner and attempted to sense his condition by moving an open palm at a distance of about a foot from the surface of his cloth. Initially I have not feel anything. But at some places I felt warm sensations. I asked him if there was any discomfort. He said he has bumped his shoulder. I was so surprised that my sensations has fit his experience. I attempted to diffuse the excess energy from the shoulder to away from his body. It probably has had very little effect, since we had to change partners.
The next partner told me that she has discomfort in her neck. But I could not see and could not sense anything. I asked if I could place my palm on her neck. She inclined her head. I did. I attempted to transmit Earth Qi (energy) into her neck. I have waited a few minutes, probably 3-5 min. Then I asked how she feels. She said the discomfort has gone. Then she said that she met with several practitioners to get relief from the discomfort, but none was able to. I asked what they did. She said some Western tablets, massage, herbs, and acupuncture. Soon there was lunch time. She came to me and asked if I would be willing to share the lunch with her in a restaurant and she would pay for it. I had to decline the invitation, because I was avoiding restaurants at the time, as I was not digesting that food well. And I informed her.
Not only insurance companies want a part of health care business, but American Medical Association prefers not to deal with competition. So these organizations prefer to lobby for the laws that restrain the type of advertisements their competitors might place or they lobby for certification of the practitioners by well-known Medical Colleges. From that point of view the monk above and I could be viewed as practicing medicine illegally.

We need President Trump to keep an eye on Ryan and anyone in Congress, so they can’t just ramrod anything through on a vote, unless it really does the job for America!
We need another “no vote of confidence” for another speaker!
