Duly elected, !!!NOT!!! Orly, Judge Carter seems very uncomfortable with the prospect of removing a sitting President from office and is taking great pains to make sure your case is heard on sound legal footings. Once the cat is out of the bag, the damage to Obama’s credibility as a human being is irreversible. Given a full Discovery and Finding of Fact, what is the least Remedy the judge could apply in the case of massive fraud by Obama? I can think of only one answer. Declare Obama an ineligible fraud and his election null and void. Criminal proceedings will be separate, depending on what is found to be true. |

He should be criminally prosecuted, and if found guilty of fraud and treason against the citizens of the U.S., should be put to death, as per the penalty of treason.
