This sent a chill down my spine. In the midst of myinterview with Tangerine Bolen, a plaintiff in the lawsuit against theNDAA’s indefinite detention provisions & coordinator ofStopNDAA.org, she received an emailfrom her lawyer to inform her that theObama administration hasalready appealed yesterday’s historic courtruling. That court ruling found indefinite detentionto be unconstitutional, and issued a permanent block of that provision.Listen to the full interview directly below.

For a man who doesn’t want the ability to order themilitary to abduct and detain citizens – without chargeor trial – it is quite odd that his administration is appealing yetagain.

And, as stated in the interview, I would love to speak with someone fromthe administration on-record about this and hash it out. Why do you needthis power?

    NOW IS THE TIME, for all American Citizens to realize that “INDEFINITE DETENTION” without “DUE PROCESS” is highly UNCONTITUTIONAL.

    Why would our CONGRESS ALLOW SOMETHING LIKE THIS TO EVER HAPPEN?

    Why should it take a Federal Judge to cover CONGRESS’ BACK SIDE?

    I would think every member of CONGRESS should be FAMILIAR WITH OUR CONSTITUTION, AND IF THEY ARE not TO get out of our CONGRESS ASAP.
