No valid orders in Richard Fine case

Thanks Orly, and let’s hope that this is a sign that when the people speak up and resist, the corrupt judiciary eventually yield.

Please notice however, that as has been the case all along, the false imprisonment of Richard Fine has ended with an invalid record.[1] Contrary to some reports, no valid order was ever issued for his release, just like no valid order/judgment/conviction/sentencing was ever entered for his imprisonment.
In particular, the people must demand to see the Register of Actions (california civil docket) of the case, which the LA superior court unbelieveably denies access to all along. The US Ditrict Court, US Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit, and the US Supreme Court all purported to review the habeas corpus without having the foundation record in the case – the docket – ever produced by the LA Court.

 On Yom Kipur a 70 year old civil rights attorney Richard Fine was suddenly released from jail. Thank god, and thank you -courageous reporter Leslie Dutton from Full Disclosure network and Dr. Zernick and many others who fought this flagrant violation of civil rights under Obama regime.
