REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

Dear Mr. Silver,

  1. I am requesting information whether NBA enjoys a tax exempt status, such as 501c(6) or 501 c(3) or any other tax exempt status or any other financial assistance from the Federal government or any state government. It was reported that NFL is enjoying the 501c(6) tax exempt status, however it has not been made public whether NBA enjoys any tax exemptions from federal or state government. If it does, I am requesting any and all information in relation to any non-discrimination clauses attached as a condition to granting such status.
  2. I am requesting a copy of the NBA contract
  3. I am requesting a number assigned to my complaint (see attached) which was received by Commissioner Silver and by the Board of Governors by Federal Express on 05.06.2014.

    Say what? You have NO LEGAL STANDING with ANYONE ASSOCIATED with the NBA. Are you not aware that you can be reported to the state bar by the attorneys of the NBA ????

    are you a complete idiot, MR IP 67.131.63.107 ? Anyone can file a complaint with the NBA. Members of the public or President of a foundation can file a complaint. Tell me, who filed a complaint with the NBA about Sterling?

    Orly, that is a good question. I thought it was because the NBA became aware of Sterling because of news reports / internet posts. Did somebody file a complaint? WHO was it?

    moreover, who were the friends that received the tapes from Stiviano and sold them to TMZ? Why Silver did not investigate this?
