    I do not condon Sterling’s inappropriate statements to his girlfriend, however there are developments that are of interest.

    We have seen a number of cases lately  where people with a long record of arrests being used for attempted extortion. LA PD reported that V Stiviano, whose real name is Maria Vanessa Perez, is currently being investigated for extortion. She has a record of mu;tiple arrsts for theft, burglary, driving under the influence and drug posession. It is interesting that she changed her name at least 6 times and she also changed her race and height in her IDs.    It will be interesting to find out, who are her friends that by her account hold the tapes, made public this recording and threaten to release more recordings. Are these people members of the NBA? Are these people linked to ones who announced that they are interested in the purchase of he team after the forced sale?

    During the WH Correspondents dinner Obama made a joke that someone offered him Clippers tickets, but these are not old Sterling tickets, these are  new Oprah Clippers tickets. Obama is trying to instill in the public an idea that Oprah already owns the team.  Was that discussed during the week Michelle spent at Oprah’s house in Hawaii in January?    Was the whole thing orchestrated? Stay tuned, the case is developing.

    Will you represent us Clippers fans in a class action lawsuit against V. Stiviano and the NBA and Oprah and Obama? They’re all conspiring to devalue our team.

    I do not believe you can prove devaluation of the team. I do not believe that the fans of the Clippers are hurt one way or another. I believe that the disfigured man, Jahmel Binion will have a valid case against Shaquille O’Neil for infliction of emotional distress and harassment, possibly he will have a case against Sacramento Kings, but I do not see a valid case for Clipper fans.
