New HI Law

I understand that HI is in process of changing their laws, allowing more access to BCs to law enforcement. Does anybody know, did they pass this law? What does it state exactly?

    – Filling in as guest host for radio talk-show host Bill Bennett this week, Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele said Barack Obama was simply never vetted by the press because it fell in love with him.

    “The problem that we have with this president is that we don’t know him,” he said. “He was not vetted, folks. … He was not vetted, because the press fell in love with the black man running for the office. ‘Oh gee, wouldn’t it be neat to do that? Gee, wouldn’t it make all of our liberal guilt just go away? We can continue to ride around in our limousines and feel so lucky to live in an America with a black president.’ Okay that’s wonderful, great scenario, nice backdrop. But what does he stand for? What does he believe? … So we don’t know. We just don’t know.”

    Could you give the link to the Steele statement? I know you said WND. I searched and couldn’t find the info. I want to email this to everyone in my email address box!!!

    It is just a matter of time until the entire country wakes up and pays attention to this!!!

    OMG! This IS the smoking gun, folks. Orly, please run with this, take the bull by the horns. Please! This information is EXACTLY what we have been waiting for and the proof we need. I guarantee that you have an army of people behind you. Folks, let’s gather together and help Orly! These comments couldn’t be any clearer. Who has the courage? Who loves America and will do whatever it takes to make sure we don’t lose her? Are you willing to walk the talk? Dig deep. Don’t wait. Orly, let us know what we can do to finally end this nightmare.

    Steele raised as an example the “missed opportunity” in “dissecting” Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s influence on Obama and “the lessons he learned at his knee.”

    Michale Steele IS NOT saying that the President is not eligible to be President — he’s attempting to say that he is not capable enough to be President, that he SHOULDN’T be President.

    Mr Steele factually states the press never vetted anything BO. BS or any combination of those aliases.

    That is NOT saying he was vetted by anyone else though and we all know that there was absolutely no vetting done at all. If his qualifications were discussed it was done behind closed doors in secret, which is what obviously happened. Furthermore that decision was promulgated to the high courts in secret and the policy to avoid legal investigations or else was put in place well before the first public inquiry into his status.

    While hoping to bury what some well meaning supporters of this conspiracy though was an unfortunate circumstance a small child suffered as his mother traveled in search of love and employment that caused a technical voiding of an otherwise valid natural born status they inadvertantly set in motion the closeting of everything Obama that would reveal his unlawful position as POTUS including things they had absolutely no knowledge of which might have given voters pause to know. Chief among those would be investigating whether or not he was “natural born” before his mother ever left this country with him.

    According to HI law he would have had his first birth documents replaced by his his adoptive document which would be known as the original. Unless and until a divorce and return to original status, father reestablished as Barack Obama (the Kenyan) he would remain Indonesian however listed on a COLB as born in HI. I suspect he never had this change of parentage returned. If that is the case we can not discover his true birth place because it would have been altered by adoption and recorded as a COLB not an original HI birth which is what he claims but can not prove.

    The real question, is this a smoke and mirrors cover for what was never a HI birth in the first place? Was there a duping of congress, courts even Cheney by playing their emotions and claiming he would have, other than for acts of a mother, been legally entitled to hold the office which effectively ended any discovery of his status previous to that ?

    That knowledge, should it be proven to indicate he was not natural born, would damn everyone who could be traced to investing in anything other than the publics right to know in favor of a fake appeal to emotional senses. We have a choice, suffer the political usurpation or hold them accountable for the truth and whatever acts they have done to hide it from us. Keep in mind that this knowledge is like the dye pack in a bank robbers loot and that robber knows it and will not be caught if at all avoidable so he will leave no stone unturned trying to keep that bomb from destroying their ill concieved theft of our right to know.
