   In my opinion Obama will be be a one term president. Can you imagine that he will try to run again without having a real birth certificate while the whole country is watching?

   My question is this: how on the earth will he get out of this mess gracefully? His supporters, and frankly many in the opposing camp expect him to run. How will he explain to the world that, well folks, I changed my mind, I was only kidding, I am not going to run again. LOL

    visited Pakistan then and another one
    at World Net Daily indicating he was
    born in Indonesia..

    Do Callifornia election regulations allow the Secretary of State to vet a federal candidate? Oregon SOS office says they have no power over federal candidates. The Federal Election Commission “regulates” candidates and I was told to go to the Federal Code for Elections. I wonder who controls the Democratic Party, and who can file a lawsuit against them for violating their party laws, or running an ineligible candidate, and collecting money across state lines. Obama is a big part of the problem, but the Party that put him out there as eligible and collected tons of money is the bigger problem. I have seen no lawsuits against the Democratic National Party for violating its bylaws or fraudulently advertising. Who regulates all the different political parties and what courts are they handled in?

    Secretaries of States have an authority, they simply don’t enforce the law. Anyone can file against the Dem party. There is simply a problem in lack of funding for those cases

    if that Poster-BlackSunshine84 is discussing the verbal commentary back and forth between Obama and Keyes, this can be seen at the Newswatch Magazine, in their Jan. 2010 issue on pages: 30-31.

    Both pages discuss this confrontation between the two men. And (AP) reveals the location of Obamas’ Birth Place, when they printed the following Headline:
    …AP Declared Obama “Kenyan-Born”… on Page 30.

    And it was also written up in the “Kenyan, Sunday, Standard Times Newspaper,” and published on June 27th, 2004! I’m sitting here and looking right at!!!

    This paper is published (I believe) in Nairobi, Kenya, East Africa! They do NOT leave any room for error!!! And there is even a picture of Obama, in that Newspaper!
    When I can, I can post several, similar sources, which cover the location of where Obama was born!

    But as we all know…his father was NOT an American citizen, so his being a “legal” prez…is NOT VALID! He’s a “super-fraud” …a “Paper-Prez”!

    And as the info at the bottom of page 31 of NWM states…”why have our Senators and Representatives not started eviction notices to be served by the backing of the FBI”? (Quotation marks are mine.)

    One way to get past the issue of ‘standing’ is to have a ‘Private Attorney General’ take the matter to the court as a counsel for all the ‘we the people’

    unfortunately judges simply throw in the garbage everything written by private attorney generals. When I asked for ex relator status in the Lamberth case in DC, it was akin to private attorney general. Lamberth didn’t grant it
